城市集中供熱系統(tǒng)節(jié)能技術(shù)及熱力站控制系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實力的不斷提高,普通大眾的環(huán)保觀念也在逐漸增強(qiáng),能源的節(jié)約已成為了一個不容忽視的問題。對于我國大多數(shù)的北方城市來說,集中供熱是大勢所趨。如何讓城市供熱系統(tǒng)最大限度的節(jié)省能源,是集中供熱系統(tǒng)研究的一個主要問題。 本文以太原市的集中供熱作為為背景,介紹了國內(nèi)外供熱系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,簡要說明了熱力站是如何通過自動控制系統(tǒng)實時調(diào)控溫度壓力的。從節(jié)能的角度,分析介紹了供熱系統(tǒng)的能耗問題,并從三個方面提出了節(jié)能措施:首先,針對恒溫供熱能耗大的問題,提出了分時段變室溫調(diào)節(jié)的方法,就是根據(jù)不同的用戶需求,給出不同的供熱方案,并從理論上加以證明了,這種方法可以達(dá)到不錯的節(jié)能效果;其次,對于熱力站運行設(shè)備耗電量大的問題,提出了分布式變頻泵的設(shè)計方法,并在理論計算上和傳統(tǒng)方案進(jìn)行了比較;最后,針對熱計量改造的問題,提出了幾種不同的熱計量方式,采用這些計量方式有助于增強(qiáng)熱用戶的節(jié)能意識。 本文重點設(shè)計了熱力站的自動控制系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)控制器選用了mox系列的控制器,并對熱力站系統(tǒng)的硬件部分和軟件部分分別進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。同時,由于傳統(tǒng)PID算法在熱力站控制系統(tǒng)中并不能取得很好的控制效果,因此提出了帶預(yù)估環(huán)節(jié)的模糊自整定PID的控制方法,應(yīng)用matlab軟件對其進(jìn)行了仿真,證明了這種方法的可行性。除此之外,本文利用MCGS組態(tài)軟件設(shè)計了熱力站的上位監(jiān)控畫面,并針對城市中熱力站與中央控制中心的通訊問題,本文采用了VPN技術(shù)并為其設(shè)計了網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。 如今,太原市集中供熱系統(tǒng)已投入正常運行,達(dá)到了設(shè)計的基本供熱要求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of our country's economic strength, the general public's concept of environmental protection is also gradually strengthened, energy conservation has become a problem that can not be ignored. For most northern cities in China, central heating is the general trend. How to save energy to the maximum extent in urban heating system is a main problem in the research of central heating system. Based on the central heating system in Taiyuan, this paper introduces the development of heating system at home and abroad, and briefly explains how the thermal station controls the temperature and pressure in real time through the automatic control system. From the point of view of energy saving, the energy consumption problem of heating system is analyzed, and the energy saving measures are put forward from three aspects: firstly, aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of constant temperature heating, the method of adjusting room temperature by time is put forward. That is, according to different user needs, different heating schemes are given, and it is proved theoretically that this method can achieve good energy saving effect. Secondly, for the problem of large power consumption of the operation equipment of thermal power station, The design method of distributed frequency conversion pump is put forward and compared with the traditional scheme in theory calculation. Finally, several different heat metering methods are put forward to solve the problem of heat metering reform. The adoption of these metering methods helps to enhance the energy-saving awareness of thermal users. This paper focuses on the design of the automatic control system of the thermal station. The system controller selects the controller of mox series, and the hardware and software parts of the system are designed respectively. At the same time, because the traditional PID algorithm can not achieve good control effect in the thermal station control system, a fuzzy self-tuning PID control method with prediction link is proposed and simulated by matlab software. The feasibility of this method is proved. In addition, this paper uses the MCGS configuration software to design the upper monitor picture of the thermal station, and aiming at the communication between the thermal station and the central control center in the city, this paper adopts the VPN technology and designs the network structure for it. Now, Taiyuan central heating system has been put into normal operation, to meet the basic requirements of the design.
