【摘要】：摘要：在低碳建筑飛速發(fā)展的背景之下,我國住宅建筑存在缺乏低碳建筑技術(shù)體系、對技術(shù)效益和成本研究不均的問題。作者以構(gòu)建符合市場要求的低碳住宅建筑技術(shù)體系為目標展開研究。通過參考建設(shè)部“十一五”技術(shù)公告、各國綠色建筑技術(shù)分類及評價體系、中國房地產(chǎn)研究會住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和技術(shù)委員會發(fā)布的《低碳住宅技術(shù)體系框架及減排指標》,將低碳技術(shù)分為綠化系統(tǒng)、能源供給、圍護結(jié)構(gòu)、建筑設(shè)備及運營管理五大類共十八項技術(shù)。其次,在系統(tǒng)論的指導(dǎo)下,將體系的研究原則定為效率優(yōu)先,綜合把握效益與成本關(guān)系。在對各項技術(shù)進行細化研究之后,將該體系集成應(yīng)用于實際案例i-Yard,并對其進行分析優(yōu)化,從而驗證該體系的可行性和實用性,并證明了該體系對提高低碳建筑品質(zhì)具有一定作用,對低碳建筑的發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: under the background of the rapid development of low-carbon buildings, there is a lack of low-carbon building technology system in residential buildings in China, and the research on technical benefits and costs is uneven. The author aims to build a low-carbon residential building technology system in accordance with the market requirements. By referring to the technical bulletin of the 11th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Construction, the classification and evaluation system of green building technology in various countries, The "Framework of Low-Carbon Housing Technology system and Emission reduction targets" issued by the Housing Industry Development and Technology Commission of the China Real Estate Research Association divides low-carbon technologies into greening systems, energy supply, and enclosure structures. Construction equipment and operation management of five categories of 18 technologies. Secondly, under the guidance of system theory, the research principle of the system is given priority to efficiency, and the relationship between benefit and cost is comprehensively grasped. After the detailed study of various technologies, the integration of the system is applied to the actual case i-Yardard, and it is analyzed and optimized to verify the feasibility and practicability of the system. It is proved that the system has certain effect on improving the quality of low carbon building and has guiding significance for the development of low carbon building.
