低碳住宅建筑技術(shù)體系及其集成應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Absrtact: under the background of the rapid development of low-carbon buildings, there is a lack of low-carbon building technology system in residential buildings in China, and the research on technical benefits and costs is uneven. The author aims to build a low-carbon residential building technology system in accordance with the market requirements. By referring to the technical bulletin of the 11th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Construction, the classification and evaluation system of green building technology in various countries, The "Framework of Low-Carbon Housing Technology system and Emission reduction targets" issued by the Housing Industry Development and Technology Commission of the China Real Estate Research Association divides low-carbon technologies into greening systems, energy supply, and enclosure structures. Construction equipment and operation management of five categories of 18 technologies. Secondly, under the guidance of system theory, the research principle of the system is given priority to efficiency, and the relationship between benefit and cost is comprehensively grasped. After the detailed study of various technologies, the integration of the system is applied to the actual case i-Yardard, and it is analyzed and optimized to verify the feasibility and practicability of the system. It is proved that the system has certain effect on improving the quality of low carbon building and has guiding significance for the development of low carbon building.
