【摘要】：城市森林公園作為城市中森林保育及生物多樣性保護(hù)的重要場所，是人們實(shí)現(xiàn)社會物質(zhì)文明、精神文明共同發(fā)展的重要載體，具有科研、科普、旅游與游憩等多重功能。隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，城市生態(tài)環(huán)境趨向削弱。城市森林公園的發(fā)展，不但對城市生態(tài)環(huán)境形成有機(jī)的補(bǔ)充，同時對環(huán)境本身具有積極的影響。 本研究在查閱大量國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，從城市森林公園的相關(guān)概念、規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論、規(guī)劃思想、原則、等內(nèi)容出發(fā)，結(jié)合河北省張北縣城市森林公園的案列規(guī)劃設(shè)計，進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論： （1）提出張北縣城市森林公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計理念。以生態(tài)保護(hù)為前提，強(qiáng)化風(fēng)景林保育，建設(shè)最具有張北縣文化底蘊(yùn)，以林地和水系為自然肌底，為居民提供休息、游憩、健身、娛樂為一體的開放式城市森林公園。發(fā)揮張北縣城市森林公園的生態(tài)保育作用、教育意義作用、休閑游憩作用、防災(zāi)避難作用。 （2）在規(guī)劃設(shè)計理念指導(dǎo)下，融合張北的地域文化，完成河北省張北縣城市森林公園的規(guī)劃實(shí)踐，包括總體規(guī)劃、功能分區(qū)、景區(qū)及景點(diǎn)設(shè)計（包括節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計）、植物景觀規(guī)劃。 通過小城市森林公園規(guī)劃與建設(shè)，引導(dǎo)民眾參與到積極、健康、向上的活動中去，提高生態(tài)保護(hù)意識，增加地域文化知識。我國有很多類似張北縣這樣的小城市，他們當(dāng)中有很多具備修建城市森林公園的自然條件，，期望對同類型的城市森林公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As an important place for urban forest conservation and biodiversity protection, urban forest parks are an important carrier for people to realize the common development of social material civilization and spiritual civilization. They have multiple functions such as scientific research, popular science, tourism and recreation. It not only forms an organic supplement to the urban ecological environment, but also has a positive impact on the environment itself.
On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this study proceeds from the related concepts, planning theories, planning ideas, principles, etc. of urban forest parks, and combines the case planning and design of urban forest parks in Zhangbei County, Hebei Province, to make a more systematic study.
(1) Put forward the concept of planning and design of Urban Forest Park in Zhangbei County. On the premise of ecological protection, strengthen the conservation of scenic forest, build an open urban forest park with Zhangbei County's cultural heritage and forest land and water system as the natural muscles, providing residents with rest, recreation, fitness and entertainment. State conservation, educational significance, leisure and recreation, and disaster prevention and shelter.
(2) Under the guidance of the concept of planning and design, the planning practice of Urban Forest Park in Zhangbei County, Hebei Province, including the overall planning, functional zoning, scenic spot and scenic spot design (including node design), plant landscape planning, was completed by integrating the regional culture of Zhangbei.
Through the planning and construction of forest parks in small cities, the public can be guided to participate in active, healthy and upward activities to raise awareness of ecological protection and increase regional cultural knowledge. The planning and design of parks can be used for reference.
