減水劑在商品混凝土中的應用研究

【摘要】:混凝土材料是目前建筑行業(yè)用量最大的材料,如何做好混凝土的節(jié)能降耗,綠色環(huán)保,適應現(xiàn)今社會的發(fā)展,是當前混凝土行業(yè)研究的重要方向。減水劑作為一種改善新拌和硬化混凝土性能的材料,在混凝土中的使用,使混凝土迎來了新的革命。論文對兩種減水劑在商品混凝土中的應用進行了研究。 論文通過試驗的方法,研究萘系減水劑和聚羧酸系減水劑分別在不同摻量、不同水泥減少率的情況對新拌混凝土工作性能和硬化混凝土強度的影響,確定合理摻量和合理水泥減少率;在固定摻量、固定水泥減少率的條件下,對不同強度等級混凝土的工作性能和硬化后混凝土強度的影響;通過試驗結果對比分析兩種減水劑在商品混凝土中應用的技術經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)保效益。 試驗研究表明:在所選擇的原材料、減水劑的品種不變的條件下,①綜合萘系減水劑和聚羧酸系減水劑對混凝土工作性能、抗壓強度以及經(jīng)濟性綜合考慮,萘系減水劑合理摻量為膠凝材料的1.8%,聚羧酸系減水劑合理摻量為0.8%。②在保證混凝土綜合性能不低于原配比綜合性能的情況下,萘系減水劑摻量為膠凝材料質(zhì)量的1.8%時,可以降低水泥用量15%;聚羧酸系減水劑摻量為膠凝材料質(zhì)量的0.8%時,可以降低水泥用量18%。③兩種減水劑在各自合理摻量和水泥減少率的情況下,對不同強度等級的混凝土的工作性能和強度都有提高。④綜合兩種減水劑對混凝土綜合性能的影響,萘系減水劑適用于低強度等級(C30及以下)的混凝土,聚羧酸系減水劑適用于較高強度等級(大于C30)的混凝土。
[Abstract]:The concrete material is the most used material in the construction industry at present. How to do well the energy saving and consumption reduction of concrete, green environmental protection, adapt to the development of the society, is the important direction of the current concrete industry research. As a kind of material to improve the performance of new mixing and hardening concrete, water reducing agent has ushered in a new revolution because of its application in concrete. The application of two water reducing agents in commercial concrete is studied in this paper. In this paper, the effects of naphthalene and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer on the working performance and strength of freshly mixed concrete are studied by means of experiments, in which the content of naphthalene and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer are different and the cement reduction rate is different. Under the condition of fixed content and fixed cement reduction rate, the influence on the working performance of concrete of different strength grades and the strength of concrete after hardening are determined. The technical and environmental benefits of the application of two water reducers in commercial concrete are compared and analyzed through the test results. The experimental results show that under the condition that the raw materials and the varieties of water reducer are not changed, the Naphthalene series water reducer and polycarboxylic acid series water reducer are considered comprehensively for the performance, compressive strength and economy of concrete. The reasonable amount of naphthalene water reducer is 1.8 of the cementitious material, and the reasonable amount of polycarboxylic water reducer is 0.8.2. When the comprehensive performance of concrete is not lower than that of the original ratio, the quantity of naphthalene water reducer is 1.8% of the quality of the cementing material. When the amount of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is 0.8 of the quality of the cementing material, the dosage of the cement 18.3 can be reduced in the case of reasonable addition of the cement and the reduction rate of the cement. The working performance and strength of concrete with different strength grades are improved. 4. The influence of two water reducing agents on the comprehensive properties of concrete is improved. Naphthalene water reducer is suitable for concrete with low strength grade (C30 and below). Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is suitable for concrete with high strength grade (greater than C 30).
