醫(yī)院建筑用能統(tǒng)計(jì)及評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Under the call of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, reducing energy consumption of public buildings has become the focus of building energy conservation research. Hospital building is one of the most complex buildings with the most comprehensive energy use in public buildings. Its building energy consumption is twice as much as that of other public buildings, and the cost of energy consumption accounts for more than 10% of the total operating cost of the hospital. In view of the present situation that hospital building energy needs to be improved, a statistical model of hospital building energy consumption is established in this paper to accurately reflect the situation of hospital building energy consumption, and at the same time, the evaluation method of hospital building energy consumption is established, which is scientific. In order to find out the problems in the process of energy consumption in hospital buildings, the authors can provide the policy basis for the energy conservation management of hospital leaders and improve the level of energy utilization in hospital buildings. The statistical model of energy consumption in hospital building proposed in this paper is based on the statistical method of energy audit. The model includes the complete process of building energy consumption data collection, point placement, upload, storage, calculation, etc. The model puts forward the data collection method of each classification energy consumption and the structure of energy consumption database, studies the statistical calculation method of each classification energy consumption, and this model is helpful to guide the hospital to establish the energy management system. At the same time, it provides data support for building energy consumption evaluation. The energy consumption evaluation of hospital buildings proposed in this paper is based on the evaluation method of building scoring list, which is based on the selection of evaluation indexes. The evaluation index system and evaluation method have completed the comprehensive energy consumption evaluation and the classified energy consumption evaluation of hospital buildings. The comprehensive evaluation results have evaluated the improvement degree of building energy consumption compared with the historical average level by the level of energy use grade, compared with the same period. The result of ring comparison evaluation is the same as that of ring growth rate to evaluate the change trend of building energy use level. Finally, this paper applies the energy statistics and evaluation method of hospital building to a hospital building. It is concluded that the heating energy is the main use of the building in winter, and the energy consumption of the distribution system is the second, and the electricity consumption and heat consumption are analyzed.
