淺析中新天津生態(tài)城的生態(tài)城市體系

【摘要】:節(jié)約能源、減少溫室氣體排放、保護和改善環(huán)境是當今世界可持續(xù)發(fā)展的緊迫任務,綠色建筑以及更大范圍的生態(tài)城市建設成為城市發(fā)展的必然趨勢。 本文通過分析國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的生態(tài)城市,總結(jié)了這些城市在發(fā)展中的成功經(jīng)驗。介紹了中新天津生態(tài)城的發(fā)展背景和目標,分析其生態(tài)城市指標體系的創(chuàng)新性。從多角度深入分析了中新天津生態(tài)城的規(guī)劃以及建設實踐,總結(jié)了生態(tài)城發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗和不足,包括土地的生態(tài)修復、綠色交通、綠化景觀、水系規(guī)劃、垃圾處理、綠色能源和綠色建筑等。結(jié)合當今國際生態(tài)城市發(fā)展的趨勢,提出中新天津生態(tài)城發(fā)展和改進的策略,主要涵蓋以下幾點: 1、加填新土層,治標不治本。宜栽種本地的鄉(xiāng)土植物。2、鑒于地源熱泵對地下生物系統(tǒng)的影響,需要慎重選用。3、在距中新生態(tài)城較近的輕軌泰達站,設置直達中新生態(tài)城的公交線路。待生態(tài)城發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模,再開工建設直達生態(tài)城的輕軌線路。4、完善中新生態(tài)城城區(qū)內(nèi)的公交線路。在人流集中的公交站點,設置自行車存車處。5、因地制宜,發(fā)展航運交通及水上觀光項目,開發(fā)生態(tài)旅游項目。6、將垂直綠化和屋頂綠化改為垂直農(nóng)業(yè)和屋頂農(nóng)業(yè),提高綠化的實用性和經(jīng)濟效益。屋頂、陽臺和屋面,可采取培養(yǎng)箱種植或盆栽等措施,節(jié)省建造和維護費用。7、生態(tài)城內(nèi)的綠色廊道,其長度、寬度、高度和走向,對于本地動植物遷徙繁衍、風向引導、防止污染和噪聲等方面的影響,有待于進行更加科學深入的研究和開發(fā)。8、縮減人工草坪和高爾夫球場的面積,盡量種植本土植物。9、嚴格控制地下水的開采量,大型公建和各個住宅小區(qū)的中水能夠自我循環(huán)使用。10、燃氣屬于清潔能源和不可再生能源,要節(jié)約利用。11、建筑玻璃幕墻,不可大面積使用。反射玻璃與Low-E節(jié)能玻璃,采用電鍍金屬薄膜,屬于高污染產(chǎn)物。其遮陽性也會因為老化而日漸減弱。12、建議建筑物的進深不超過14米,否則不利于自然通風。13、扶持建筑垃圾回收產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。14、避免光污染。15、裝修盡量簡潔,裝修材料一定要環(huán)保。16、綠色建筑的認證體系要符合中國的國情。17、生態(tài)城的規(guī)劃與建設,應因地制宜,,不可以完全復制。18、規(guī)劃人口與現(xiàn)狀人口差異較大,應對規(guī)劃和指標體系做出相應調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Saving energy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, protecting and improving the environment are the urgent tasks of sustainable development in the world today. Green buildings and the construction of ecological cities on a larger scale have become the inevitable trend of urban development. By analyzing the outstanding ecological cities at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of these cities in the development. This paper introduces the development background and goal of Tianjin ecological city, and analyzes the innovation of its ecological city index system. This paper analyzes the planning and construction practice of Tianjin Ecological City from many angles, summarizes the experiences and shortcomings in the development of the Ecological City, including the ecological restoration of land, green traffic, greening landscape, water system planning, garbage disposal, etc. Green energy and green buildings, etc. Combined with the development trend of the international ecological city, this paper puts forward the development and improvement strategy of Tianjin ecological city, which mainly covers the following points: 1. Fill in new soil layer, cure the symptoms and not the root cause. In view of the influence of ground source heat pump on the underground biological system, it is necessary to carefully select .3and set up the public transportation line directly to Zhongxin ecological city in the light rail Teda station, which is close to Zhongxin ecological city. When the ecological city develops to a certain scale, the construction of light rail line. 4, which is directly to the ecological city, will be started, and the public transportation line in Zhongxin ecological city will be improved. At the bus stations where the flow of people is concentrated, we should set up a bicycle parking place .5. take measures according to local conditions, develop shipping transportation and water sightseeing projects, develop eco-tourism projects .6. change vertical greening and roof greening into vertical agriculture and roof agriculture. Improve the practicability and economic benefit of greening. Roofs, balconies and roofs can be cultivated in incubators or potted plants to save construction and maintenance costs .7. the green corridors in the ecological city, its length, width, height and direction, can lead to the migration and propagation of local animals and plants and the direction of the wind. To prevent pollution and noise, it is necessary to carry out more scientific and in-depth research and development of .8. to reduce the area of artificial lawn and golf course, to plant native plants as far as possible, and to strictly control the exploitation of groundwater. The reclaimed water of each residential district of large public building can recycle by itself. The gas belongs to clean energy and non-renewable energy. The decoration should be as simple as possible. Decoration materials must be environmentally friendly .16, the certification system of green buildings should conform to the national conditions of China .17, the planning and construction of ecological cities should be tailored to local conditions, can not be completely copied .18. the difference between the planned population and the current population is quite large. The planning and indicator system should be adjusted accordingly.
