高層框架—剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的剪力墻合理布置研究

【摘要】:高層建筑是反映一個國家,一個城市社會進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮的重要標(biāo)志。目前我國的高層建筑采用的主要結(jié)構(gòu)是鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),它具有強(qiáng)度較高、抗震性能較好,可塑性良好等優(yōu)點。高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系中,鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系既能提供較大的使用空間,又具有良好的抗側(cè)能力,已被廣泛用于各類建筑。剪力墻數(shù)量和剪力墻布局是否合理,,關(guān)系到結(jié)構(gòu)安全性與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性。 在實際結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計人員對剪力墻與框架的設(shè)計一般僅僅根據(jù)經(jīng)驗,經(jīng)計算機(jī)模擬計算后根據(jù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行調(diào)整,過程費時且盲目,難以對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計形成統(tǒng)一有效的認(rèn)識。故利用概念設(shè)計原理對框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的安全與可靠性進(jìn)行研究,多次計算分析,以提高建筑物的安全性和合理性。 本文在閱讀和參考國內(nèi)外近些年的文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的剪力墻優(yōu)化理論和分析方法有一定的了解后,基于框剪-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)中合理的剪力墻位置和數(shù)量對結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、水平側(cè)移等有影響。主要進(jìn)行了如下工作: (1)以建筑方案為依據(jù),在滿足結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和規(guī)范要求的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇四種不同的剪力墻布置模型,分別采用有限元分析軟件SAP2000和PMCAD SATWE進(jìn)行了建模和分析。 (2)分別采用SAP2000和SATWE的振型分解反應(yīng)譜法分析計算框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力和位移,依據(jù)規(guī)范,通過對比各種結(jié)構(gòu)模型的剪重比、剛重比、周期比、彈性層間位移等參數(shù),判斷各模型剪力墻布置的合理性,選擇最合適的剪力墻布置模型;同時對框架與剪力墻如果更好的協(xié)同受力進(jìn)行初步探討,并分別得出兩種有限元分析軟件對剪力墻合理性分析的結(jié)果。 (3)對比SAP2000和SATWE的分析結(jié)果,說明兩種軟件在分析過程中參數(shù)選取的聯(lián)系性,結(jié)合聯(lián)眾軟件的分析結(jié)果得出剪力墻的合理數(shù)量和布置的相關(guān)結(jié)論,并且為框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)在實際工程中的運(yùn)用提供一些合理性的建議。
[Abstract]:High-rise buildings are an important symbol of a country, a city's social progress and economic prosperity. At present, the main structure used in high-rise buildings in our country is reinforced concrete structure, which has the advantages of high strength, good seismic performance, good plasticity and so on. In high-rise building structure system, reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system can not only provide a large space for use, but also have a good ability to resist side, so it has been widely used in all kinds of buildings. Whether the quantity of shear walls and the layout of shear walls are reasonable is related to structural safety and technical and economic reasonableness. In the actual structure design, the design of shear wall and frame is only based on experience, which is adjusted according to the code by computer simulation calculation. The process is time-consuming and blind, so it is difficult to form a unified and effective understanding of structural design. Therefore, the safety and reliability of frame-shear wall structure are studied by using the principle of conceptual design, and the safety and rationality of the building are improved by calculating and analyzing many times. On the basis of reading and referring to the literature of recent years at home and abroad, this paper has a certain understanding of the theory and analysis method of shear wall optimization of frame-shear wall structure. Based on the reasonable position and quantity of shear wall in frame-shear wall structure, the stiffness and horizontal lateral displacement are affected. The main works are as follows: (1) based on the construction scheme, four different shear wall layout models are selected on the basis of meeting the requirements of structural design and specifications. The finite element analysis software SAP2000 and PMCAD SATWE are used to model and analyze. (2) the internal force and displacement of frame-shear wall structure are calculated by SAP2000 and SATWE mode decomposition response spectrum method, according to the code. By comparing the shear weight ratio, rigid-weight ratio, period ratio, elastic floor displacement and other parameters of various structural models, the rationality of the shear wall layout of each model is judged, and the most appropriate shear wall layout model is selected. At the same time, if the frame and shear wall have better synergistic force, the results of two kinds of finite element analysis software for the rationality analysis of shear wall are obtained. (3) comparing the analysis results of SAP2000 and SATWE, This paper explains the connection of parameter selection in the analysis process of the two kinds of software, and draws the conclusion that the reasonable quantity and arrangement of shear wall can be obtained by combining the result of the software analysis. Some reasonable suggestions are provided for the application of frame-shear wall structure in practical engineering.
