有限理性下業(yè)主方項目管理成熟度研究
[Abstract]:Owner side project management is the focus of construction project management, its management activities cover the whole process of project construction, and play an important role in project construction. However, at present, there are many immature management problems in the project management of the owner in our country, which brings great hidden trouble and waste of resources to the whole industry, and the level of rational decision management needs to be improved. In order to improve the project management ability of the owner in an all-round way and make the owner formulate corresponding countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive strength on the basis of understanding his own management level, this paper introduces the project management maturity theory to evaluate the management level comprehensively. With the help of the model, the owner can understand the defects and weak links in his management, clarify the maturity level of his management, and make an exploratory study on the strategy of improving management ability from the point of view of limited rationality. This paper firstly discusses the main management tasks of the project management of the owners of construction projects in China and analyzes the current situation of the management through literature collation and practical investigation, and then reviews the relevant theories of project management maturity. Based on the analysis of the important and difficult problems of the owner's project management and the theoretical research results, this paper takes the traditional project management as the core, takes into account the owner's overall management, and emphasizes the practical significance of the whole process management. The evaluation index system of project management maturity for owner of construction project is established. Through the comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method, the evaluation model of project management maturity of owner is constructed, and the management maturity level of owner is judged. The effectiveness and practical feasibility of the model are verified by an example. In order to realize the goal of "continuous improvement" of the maturity model of project management, this paper, from the perspective of "limited rationality" management decision theory which is more in line with the reality of project management, from the level of information processing and rational decision-making of managers, The influence of the organization on the rational degree of management decision and the influence of the external environment are discussed in this paper, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the project management maturity and comprehensive strength of the owner.
