鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻結(jié)合面抗剪承載力研究

【摘要】:預制鋼管混凝土剪力墻是一種新型鋼-混凝土組合剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,即以鋼管混凝土柱作為暗柱或邊框,與剪力墻共同作用組成的全預制抗側(cè)力結(jié)構(gòu)體系。受力合理的節(jié)點、接縫設(shè)計是該結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),也是決定該結(jié)構(gòu)形式能否推廣應用的重要因素。文中以鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻豎向結(jié)合面連接設(shè)計為研究對象,結(jié)合面連接方式分為兩種:栓釘和銷鍵組合連接、連接筋和銷鍵組合連接。通過試驗和理論分析研究鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻豎向結(jié)合面的抗剪承載力。 為研究采用栓釘和銷鍵的連接方式進行連接時結(jié)合面的連接性能,試驗設(shè)計了5個鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻豎向結(jié)合面試件。分析各試件的破壞特征和極限承載力,試驗結(jié)果表明:栓釘和銷鍵的組合連接方式能夠保證結(jié)合面剪力的傳遞,且具有較好的抗剪承載力和延性,能夠使結(jié)合面進行可靠連接。為研究采用連接筋和銷鍵的連接方式進行連接時結(jié)合面的連接性能和抗震性能,試驗設(shè)計了24個鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻豎向結(jié)合面試件。該組試件用水平鋼筋代替栓釘,鋼筋穿過鋼管,并利用碳纖維布對試件進行不同程度的加固處理以有效測試結(jié)合面抗剪承載力及抗震性能。對試件破壞形態(tài)、滯回特性和延性等性能進行分析,結(jié)果表明:該連接筋和銷鍵的組合連接方式具有良好的剛度、延性及抗震性能。 在試驗研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻豎向結(jié)合面設(shè)計建議:采用栓釘(或水平鋼筋)和銷鍵組合連接方式具有良好的抗剪承載力和延性,可用于工程實際中,但在鋼管混凝土邊框與剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,建議采用水平筋和銷鍵的組合連接方式。
[Abstract]:Precast concrete filled steel tubular shear wall (CFST) is a new type of steel-concrete composite shear wall structure system. Joint design is the key technology of the structural system design, and it is also an important factor to decide whether the structure form can be popularized and applied. In this paper, the connection design of concrete filled steel tube (CFST) frame and shear wall vertical joint surface is studied. There are two kinds of connection modes: the combination of bolt and pin key, and the combination of connecting reinforcement and pin key. The shear bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube (CFST) frame and shear wall is studied by experiment and theoretical analysis. In order to study the connection performance of the joint surface with the connection between pin and pin, five concrete filled steel tube (CFST) frames and shear walls were designed for vertical connection interview. The failure characteristics and ultimate bearing capacity of each specimen are analyzed. The test results show that the combined connection mode of pin and pin bond can ensure the shear force transfer of the bonding plane, and it has good shear bearing capacity and ductility, and can make the joint face be connected reliably. In order to study the connection performance and seismic behavior of the interface when connecting the steel bar and the pin key, 24 concrete filled steel tube (CFST) frame and shear wall vertical joint interview pieces were designed. In this group of specimens, horizontal steel bar is used instead of bolt, and steel bar passes through steel pipe, and carbon fiber sheet is used to reinforce the specimen in varying degrees to effectively test the shear capacity and seismic behavior of the joint. The failure morphology, hysteretic characteristics and ductility of the specimens are analyzed. The results show that the combined connection of the steel bar and the pin bond has good stiffness, ductility and seismic performance. On the basis of experimental study, the paper puts forward the design suggestion of vertical joint plane of CFST frame and shear wall: the combination of bolt (or horizontal steel bar) and pin bond has good shear bearing capacity and ductility, and can be used in engineering practice. However, in the structure design of CFST frame and shear wall, the combination of horizontal reinforcement and pin key is suggested.
