矩形空翼緣Z型梁靜力穩(wěn)定性能分析

【摘要】:近幾年鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展較為迅速,應(yīng)用范圍不斷擴大,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在整個世界的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域有著巨大的發(fā)展空間。而輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)又有施工速度相對較快,造型美觀,節(jié)省原料,造價較低等優(yōu)點,因此輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)也越來越多地應(yīng)用到建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中。 冷彎薄壁構(gòu)件是輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的主要構(gòu)件形式之一,鋼梁是常用的構(gòu)件,其用量關(guān)系到整個工程的造價。本文在澳大利亞LSB的基礎(chǔ)上提出一種新型截面形式的冷彎薄壁鋼梁ZLSB。ZLSB是由高強鋼板冷彎成型后經(jīng)高頻電阻焊焊接而成。本文利用有限元軟件ANSYS計算分析了ZLSB在三種不同形式荷載(均布荷載、集中力及純彎)作用下的承載力以及屈曲模式。本文主要工作如下: (1)建立矩形空翼緣Z型梁ZLSB的有限元分析模型,分別計算ZLSB梁在純彎荷載、均布荷載及集中荷載作用下的彈性屈曲承載力和極限抗彎承載力,其跨度變化范圍為2m到8m?紤]到ZLSB梁作為檁條使用時的連接方式,本文將對邊界支撐角鋼高度變化對其承載力的影響進行探究,,通過關(guān)鍵點荷載位移曲線對構(gòu)件進行受力全過程分析。 (2)改變矩形空翼緣Z型梁的幾何及構(gòu)造參數(shù),如腹板厚度和連接角鋼高度及拉條的設(shè)置,探究各參數(shù)對其極限抗彎承載力和失穩(wěn)模式的影響。 (3)回歸擬合了ZLSB梁在梁端彎矩、集中荷載、均布荷載作用下的抗彎承載力公式; (4)探究在三種不同荷載作用下,腹板開洞對空翼緣梁ZLSB承載力的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the steel structure building has been developing rapidly in China, and its application scope has been expanding constantly. The steel structure building has a huge space for development in the whole world. The light steel structure has the advantages of relatively fast construction speed, beautiful shape, saving raw materials, low cost and so on. Therefore, light steel structure is more and more used in building structure. The cold-formed thin-walled member is one of the main member forms of light steel structure, and the steel beam is a commonly used component, and its amount is related to the cost of the whole project. On the basis of Australian LSB, a new type of cold-formed thin-walled steel beam ZLSB.ZLSB is proposed, which is welded by high frequency resistance welding after cold bending of high-strength steel plate. In this paper, the load-carrying capacity and buckling mode of ZLSB under three different forms of load (uniform load, concentrated force and pure bending) are calculated and analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the finite element analysis model of ZLSB of rectangular empty flange Z beam is established, and the elastic buckling capacity and ultimate flexural bearing capacity of ZLSB beam under pure bending load, uniform load and concentrated load are calculated, respectively. Its span ranges from 2m to 8m. Considering the connection mode of ZLSB beam as purlin, the influence of the height change of boundary braced angle steel on its bearing capacity will be studied in this paper. The load and displacement curve of the key point is used to analyze the whole process of loading. (2) changing the geometric and structural parameters of the Z-shaped beam with rectangular empty flange, such as the thickness of the web, the height of the connecting angle and the setting of the drawing strip. The influence of various parameters on ultimate flexural bearing capacity and instability mode is investigated. (3) the formula of bending capacity of ZLSB beam under the action of bending moment, concentrated load and uniform load is fitted by regression. (4) the effect of web opening on ZLSB bearing capacity of empty flange beam under three different loads is investigated.
