【摘要】：從酒店客房發(fā)展的歷史便可看出,客房作為酒店的基本服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,同其它商品一樣,都要面臨市場的競爭,必須不斷吸收最新技術(shù),求發(fā)展,求創(chuàng)新,不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)和滿足社會(huì)及人們的各種需求。因此對(duì)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)的探討是一個(gè)永不落后的話題。 據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)五星級(jí)酒店賓客入住酒店后,客人在餐廳用餐的時(shí)間可能會(huì)有2小時(shí),在康體休閑及娛樂區(qū)域的時(shí)間可能會(huì)有4小時(shí),但是客人在客房內(nèi)逗留的時(shí)間一般會(huì)長達(dá)10小時(shí)以上。由此可見,作為五星級(jí)酒店提供的基本功能,客房要比酒店的大堂、餐飲等其它區(qū)域都更加重要。 本文通過對(duì)近年我國新建五星級(jí)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)的分析、歸納與總結(jié),明確五星級(jí)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)一些現(xiàn)有要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn),總結(jié)五星級(jí)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)典模式,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢、科技發(fā)展進(jìn)程和人們需求的變化,探討影響五星級(jí)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)的因素,探索未來五星級(jí)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢,為我國五星級(jí)酒店客房設(shè)計(jì)提供相關(guān)參考與指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:From the history of hotel room development, we can see that as a basic service item of hotels, guestrooms, like other commodities, must face market competition. They must constantly absorb the latest technology, seek development, and strive for innovation. Constantly discover and meet the needs of society and people. Therefore, the discussion of hotel room design is a never backward topic. According to statistics, after guests of five-star hotels have checked in, they may spend two hours in restaurants and four hours in recreational and recreational areas. But guests usually stay in the guest room for more than 10 hours. Therefore, as a basic function of five-star hotel, guest room is more important than hotel lobby, restaurant and other areas. Based on the analysis of the new five-star hotel guest room design in recent years, this paper summarizes and summarizes the existing standards of the five-star hotel room design, and summarizes the classical model of the five-star hotel room design. Combined with the current situation of economic development, the development process of science and technology and the change of people's demand, this paper discusses the factors that affect the design of five-star hotel guest room, and explores the developing trend of the future five-star hotel guest room design. To provide reference and guidance for China's five-star hotel guest room design.
