【摘要】：都市農(nóng)業(yè)并不是一個(gè)全新的概念，早在19世紀(jì)霍華德提出的田園城市就包含了都市農(nóng)業(yè)的初步想法，現(xiàn)在世界各發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)往往在城市發(fā)展中有著重要意義和特殊作用，其理論和實(shí)踐類型也豐富多樣。面對(duì)城市的不斷擴(kuò)張、能源日益短缺、環(huán)境污染加劇、城鄉(xiāng)問題突出等一系列問題的背景下，對(duì)都市農(nóng)業(yè)的研究顯得格外重要。 本研究針對(duì)五陵塬大遺址這一特定區(qū)域，在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外都市農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃和大遺址保護(hù)理論研究與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，探討五陵塬遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的理論和方法，總結(jié)對(duì)遺址區(qū)保護(hù)與開發(fā)工作有指導(dǎo)意義的結(jié)論，以及在改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、提升景觀效果、弘揚(yáng)歷史文化的進(jìn)程中，有效保護(hù)西漢帝陵大遺址，實(shí)現(xiàn)遺址保護(hù)、生態(tài)建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展共贏的目標(biāo)。 本文通過分析大遺址和都市農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念，比較國(guó)內(nèi)外都市農(nóng)業(yè)理論的研究方向及大遺址保護(hù)與利用方面的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并通過遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展概述做出遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃的反思。同時(shí)，，對(duì)五陵塬遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析，通過分析五陵塬遺址區(qū)及遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)而從產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)、文物保護(hù)、旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展、空間布局、公共配套設(shè)施、政策與管理幾個(gè)層面提出對(duì)五陵塬遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃的策略。最后，通過平陵都市農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)概念規(guī)劃實(shí)踐，對(duì)提出的五陵塬遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃策略進(jìn)行實(shí)例應(yīng)用分析，為以后的遺址區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃和建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Urban agriculture is not a new concept, as early as the 19th century Howard put forward the rural city contains the initial idea of urban agriculture, Nowadays, urban agriculture in developed countries and regions in the world often plays an important and special role in urban development, and its theory and practice types are also rich and diverse. Under the background of a series of problems, such as the continuous expansion of cities, the increasing shortage of energy, the worsening of environmental pollution and the outstanding problems between urban and rural areas, the study of urban agriculture is particularly important. Based on the theoretical research and practical experience of urban agricultural planning and protection at home and abroad, this paper discusses the theory and method of urban agricultural construction in Wulingyuan site area. In the process of improving the ecological environment, improving the landscape effect and carrying forward the history and culture, we can effectively protect the great ruins of the imperial mausoleum of the Western Han Dynasty and realize the protection of the sites. The goal of ecological construction and economic development. By analyzing the related concepts of great ruins and urban agriculture, this paper compares the research direction of urban agriculture theory at home and abroad as well as the practical experience in the protection and utilization of great ruins. And through the site area urban agriculture development outline to make the site area urban agriculture plan reflection. At the same time, this paper analyzes the development of urban agriculture in Wuling tableland, through analyzing the present situation and characteristics of urban agriculture in Wuling tableland and ruins area, and then from the aspects of industry drive, cultural relic protection, tourism sustainable development, spatial distribution. Public supporting facilities, policies and management of several levels of urban agricultural planning strategies for the ruins of the Wulingtableland. Finally, through the practice of the concept planning of Pingling Urban Agricultural Science and Technology Park, this paper analyzes the urban agricultural planning strategy of the Wulingtableland site area, and provides a reference for the future urban agricultural planning and construction of the site area.
