橡膠集料混凝土橡膠顆粒上浮試驗研究

【摘要】:橡膠集料混凝土于二十多年前誕生在美國,它是一種新型建筑材料,它的出現(xiàn)極大地推動了混凝土技術(shù)的進步,也是應(yīng)對日益嚴峻的廢棄輪胎處理、環(huán)境保護問題、實現(xiàn)資料回收利用的一個新途徑。橡膠集料混凝土擁有一系列優(yōu)異的工程性能,例如延性大、抗開裂性能優(yōu)異、阻尼比大、耐久性能好等特點,這些突出的性能正吸引科研工作者持續(xù)增長的關(guān)注。然而,橡膠集料混凝土也存在一些突出的缺點,例如強度降低、造價高、易于發(fā)生橡膠集料上浮等問題。橡膠集料混凝土的這些缺點限制了它的廣泛使用以及推廣。本文首次以橡膠集料混凝土上浮問題作為試驗研究對象,設(shè)計了一套全新的試驗方法,研究影響橡膠集料混凝土橡膠顆粒上浮的幾個因素,并針對橡膠集料混凝土上浮問題提出具體控制措施,以指導(dǎo)實際工程應(yīng)用。本文主要采用試驗研究的方法進行。主要包括基本力學(xué)性能試驗(立方體抗壓強度試驗),密度測定試驗,橡膠顆粒沿棱柱體試件高度方向分布測定試驗。本文基于學(xué)者的研究成果,制作了不同配合比情況下的橡膠集料混凝土棱柱體試件,試件均采用100mm×100mm×300mm的棱柱體。通過切割棱柱體試件得到立方體試件以及縱斷面棱柱體試件,并通過立方體試件的抗壓強度和密度以及縱斷面棱柱體試件的橡膠顆粒分布情況研究橡膠集料混凝土上浮現(xiàn)象。本文得到的主要研究成果如下:1.當混凝土坍落度較小(小于5cm)時,上浮現(xiàn)象不明顯。但是當橡膠集料混凝土坍落度較大(大于14.5cm)并持續(xù)增大時,上浮現(xiàn)象加劇發(fā)展。當坍落度突破某一值(約18cm)時,上浮現(xiàn)象突然變得非常嚴重。2.在坍落度較大(大于14.5cm)的基礎(chǔ)上,30s時間內(nèi),當振搗時間增加時,上浮現(xiàn)象更加明顯。3.一定范圍內(nèi),提高砂率對控制上浮現(xiàn)象有利。此外,本文還通過建立并求解微分方程,對影響橡膠顆粒上浮的因素做了理論分析。另外,本文還探討了普通混凝土的分層離析控制理論,提出了控制普通混凝土分層離析的具體措施。這些探討和分析對控制橡膠集料混凝土上浮現(xiàn)象大有幫助。本文在最后對控制橡膠上浮給出了一些建議措施,以指導(dǎo)實際工程建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Rubber aggregate concrete was born in the United States more than 20 years ago. It is a new type of building material. Its emergence has greatly promoted the progress of concrete technology, and is also dealing with the increasingly serious problems of waste tire disposal and environmental protection. A new way to realize data recycling. Rubber aggregate concrete has a series of excellent engineering properties, such as large ductility, excellent cracking resistance, large damping ratio, good durability and so on. These outstanding properties are attracting the attention of researchers. However, rubber aggregate concrete also has some outstanding disadvantages, such as low strength, high cost and easy to float rubber aggregate. These disadvantages of rubber aggregate concrete limit its wide use and popularization. In this paper, for the first time, the problem of rubber aggregate concrete floatation is taken as the experimental research object, and a new test method is designed to study several factors that affect the rubber particle floating of rubber aggregate concrete. In order to guide the practical engineering application, the concrete control measures are put forward to solve the floating problem of rubber aggregate concrete. This paper mainly adopts the method of experimental research. It mainly includes basic mechanical property test (cube compressive strength test), density test and rubber particle distribution test along the height of the prism specimen. Based on the research results of the scholars, the rubber aggregate concrete prism specimens with different mix ratios are made, all of which are made of 100mm 脳 100mm 脳 300mm prisms. The cube specimen and the longitudinal section prism specimen were obtained by cutting the prism specimen, and the floating phenomenon of rubber aggregate concrete was studied through the compressive strength and density of the cube specimen and the rubber particle distribution of the longitudinal prism specimen. The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. When the slump of concrete is smaller (less than 5cm), the floating phenomenon is not obvious. However, when the slump of rubber aggregate concrete is larger than 14.5cm and continues to increase, the phenomenon of floatation intensifies. When the slump exceeds a certain value (about 18cm), the floating phenomenon suddenly becomes very serious. On the basis of the larger slump (larger than 14.5cm), when the vibrational time increases, the floating phenomenon is more obvious in 30s. To a certain extent, it is beneficial to control the floating phenomenon by increasing the sand rate. In addition, by establishing and solving differential equations, the factors affecting rubber particle floating are analyzed theoretically. In addition, this paper also discusses the theory of stratified segregation control of ordinary concrete, and puts forward the concrete measures to control the stratified segregation of ordinary concrete. The discussion and analysis are helpful to control the floating phenomenon of rubber aggregate concrete. At the end of this paper, some advices are given to control rubber floatation in order to guide practical engineering construction.
