不同細(xì)度稻殼灰對(duì)混凝土強(qiáng)度及自收縮的影響

【摘要】:研究4種細(xì)度的稻殼灰在5%~30%的摻量下對(duì)混凝土的強(qiáng)度和早期自收縮的影響.結(jié)果表明,混凝土的28d抗壓強(qiáng)度與保證混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度比不小于100%的最大摻量均隨稻殼灰的特征粒徑D50的減小而增大;稻殼灰孔結(jié)構(gòu)的吸水性可對(duì)混凝土的強(qiáng)度發(fā)展和早期自收縮產(chǎn)生影響,且D50越大影響越明顯;D50在2.96~21.06μm時(shí),稻殼灰可不同程度地抑制混凝土的早期自收縮,且其抑制程度隨D50和摻量的增大而增大.
[Abstract]:The effect of four kinds of rice husk ash on the strength and early autogenous shrinkage of concrete was studied at the content of 5% and 30%. The results show that the maximum content of 28d compressive strength of concrete and the ratio of guaranteed concrete compressive strength is not less than 100% with the decrease of characteristic particle size D50 of rice husk ash. The water absorption of rice husk ash pore structure can affect the strength development and early autogenous shrinkage of concrete, and the greater the effect of D50 is, the more obvious is D50 at 2.96 ~ 21.06 渭 m, the rice husk ash can restrain the early autogenous shrinkage of concrete to some extent. The inhibition degree increases with the increase of D _ (50) and the content of D _ (2).
