智能控制城市道路LED照明驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:城市美化的發(fā)展推動(dòng)著城市LED照明技術(shù)的演變和改進(jìn)。隨著大功率集成電路技術(shù)的發(fā)展,同時(shí)依賴于集成電路技術(shù)的改進(jìn)和芯片設(shè)計(jì)加工能力的提升,LED路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)器的也逐漸趨于集成化、小型化、模塊化。論文對(duì)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器的演變,發(fā)展進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述和分析。并闡述了目前大部分LED路燈智能控制驅(qū)動(dòng)器的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)硬件電路的工作原理以及硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并對(duì)模糊控制算法的進(jìn)行分析和理解。論文設(shè)計(jì)的城市LED路燈智能控制驅(qū)動(dòng)器系統(tǒng),結(jié)合軟件和硬件的優(yōu)勢(shì),利用微處理器的控制能力,使LED路燈的控制能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)智能化。論文中硬件部分主要包括有聲敏,光敏傳感器采樣電路,微處理器外圍硬件電路,LED恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)硬件電路。而外部的日照和交通流檢測(cè)控制電路通過外部的聲敏和光敏傳感器采集周圍環(huán)境的實(shí)時(shí)變換數(shù)據(jù),并通過轉(zhuǎn)換電路轉(zhuǎn)換成為電壓和電流數(shù)據(jù)輸入到微處理器內(nèi)部,通過數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換程序?qū)⑽⑻幚砥鲀?nèi)部存儲(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換為模擬電壓量,得到LED恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片的調(diào)光信號(hào),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化的調(diào)節(jié)路燈的發(fā)光亮度,進(jìn)而達(dá)到節(jié)約能源和最大程度地滿足照明需求。在恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)上,論文采用DC-DC的恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)保證輸出電流的精度。結(jié)合硬件的設(shè)計(jì),在軟件設(shè)計(jì)上,論文采用模糊控制的算法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)LED路燈的智能控制,將外部的聲音和亮度分為相應(yīng)的5個(gè)等級(jí),針對(duì)相應(yīng)的等級(jí)分配固定的值,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行模糊控制規(guī)則的設(shè)計(jì)和模糊控制程序的編寫。本論文使用Simulink工具完成了系統(tǒng)的建模和仿真同時(shí)完成LED路燈智能控制驅(qū)動(dòng)器系統(tǒng)調(diào)試,從測(cè)試的結(jié)果看出,對(duì)光強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行模糊控制規(guī)則的等級(jí)劃分,對(duì)應(yīng)0.2V,1V,1.6V時(shí)LED恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片輸出不同的電流,實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)光功能。對(duì)聲音強(qiáng)度,對(duì)應(yīng)劃分0.4V,1.2V,1.6V也可以得到不同的恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片輸出的不同電流,實(shí)現(xiàn)智能調(diào)光作用。
[Abstract]:The development of urban beautification promotes the evolution and improvement of urban LED lighting technology. With the development of high power integrated circuit technology and the improvement of integrated circuit technology and the improvement of chip design and processing ability, the LED street lamp driver is becoming integrated, miniaturized and modularized. In this paper, the evolution and development of LED driver are described and analyzed in detail. The system structure, the working principle of the hardware circuit and the design method of the hardware circuit of the LED street lamp intelligent control driver are described. The fuzzy control algorithm is analyzed and understood. The intelligent control driver system of city LED street lamp designed in this paper combines the advantages of software and hardware and makes use of the control ability of microprocessor to realize the intelligent control of LED street lamp. The hardware of this paper mainly includes sound sensing, Guang Min sensor sampling circuit, microprocessor peripheral hardware circuit and LED constant current drive hardware circuit. The external sunshine and traffic flow detection control circuit collects the real-time transform data of the surrounding environment through the external sound sensor and Guang Min sensor, and converts the data into the voltage and current data to input into the microprocessor through the conversion circuit. The data stored in the microprocessor is converted into analog voltage through the data conversion program, and the dimming signal of the LED constant current drive chip is obtained, so that the luminance of the street lamp can be adjusted intelligently. Then it can save energy and meet lighting requirements to the greatest extent. In the constant-current drive, the DC-DC constant-current drive structure is used to ensure the accuracy of the output current. Combined with hardware design and software design, the paper uses fuzzy control algorithm to realize the intelligent control of LED street lamp, divides the external sound and brightness into five corresponding grades, and assigns the fixed value to the corresponding grade. On the basis of this, the design of fuzzy control rules and the programming of fuzzy control program are carried out. In this paper, the modeling and simulation of the system is completed by using Simulink tool, and the debugging of the intelligent control driver system of the LED street lamp is also completed. From the test results, it can be seen that the fuzzy control rules of the light intensity are classified. The output current of LED constant current drive chip is different when the voltage is 0.2V / 1V / 1.6V, and the dimming function is realized. For sound intensity, the output current of different constant-current drive chips can be obtained by dividing 0.4V / 1.2V / 1.6V and realizing the function of intelligent dimming.
