【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的大背景下,中國進(jìn)入老齡化社會之后,出現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療社會保障制度滯后、人口結(jié)構(gòu)老年化、老年人休閑健身空間設(shè)施不足等諸多問題,這些問題也成為我國未來發(fā)展的一個重大隱患。我國政府從政策到基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)上均投入了較大力度,但總體而言,國內(nèi)目前的室外休閑體育空間多數(shù)以青壯年及兒童為適用對象進(jìn)行設(shè)計,忽略了老年人這一特殊群體,而且不同的地域也有不同的問題,尤其寒地城市室外休閑體育空間的設(shè)計和使用受到氣候的嚴(yán)重制約。雖然近些年也有相關(guān)學(xué)者在進(jìn)行研究,但缺少一個全面的有針對性的空間評價體系。在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文主要以德爾菲法及實地調(diào)查法作為主要研究方法,并配合層次分析法與相關(guān)數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行體系的構(gòu)建。首先,從老年人的行為特征出發(fā),充分考慮老年人的生理與心理需求,從而得出影響室外休閑體育空間適老性的主要因子集。其次,分別從場地環(huán)境、周邊環(huán)境及社會管理三方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)剖析,得出第三級影響因子指標(biāo),最后運用合理的數(shù)學(xué)模型計算方法得出一套完整的評價體系。最后,將前文得出的評價體系應(yīng)用到哈爾濱市清濱公園這一實例中,進(jìn)行空間適老性評價,并對評價結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,針對薄弱環(huán)節(jié)給出優(yōu)化設(shè)計對策。希望本文的最終研究成果能夠為老齡社會發(fā)展下體育健身空間的規(guī)劃、場地布局及設(shè)施設(shè)計起到一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of our country's rapid economic development, after China enters an aging society, there are many problems, such as the lag of medical social security system, the aging of population structure, the insufficiency of leisure and fitness space facilities for the elderly, etc. These problems also become a major hidden danger in the future development of our country. The government of our country has invested great efforts in the policy and infrastructure construction, but generally speaking, most of the outdoor leisure sports spaces in China are designed for young adults and children, ignoring the special group of the elderly. Moreover, there are different problems in different regions, especially the design and use of outdoor leisure sports space in cold cities are severely restricted by climate. Although some scholars have been researching in recent years, there is a lack of a comprehensive spatial evaluation system. On the basis of previous research results, this paper mainly takes Delphi method and field investigation method as the main research methods, and constructs the system with AHP and related mathematical models. First of all, according to the behavior characteristics of the elderly, the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly are fully considered, and the main factor sets affecting the aging of outdoor leisure sports space are obtained. Secondly, from three aspects of site environment, surrounding environment and social management, the third level influence factor index is obtained. Finally, a set of complete evaluation system is obtained by using reasonable mathematical model calculation method. Finally, the evaluation system is applied to the example of Qingbin Park in Harbin City, and the evaluation results are analyzed, and the optimal design countermeasures are given for the weak links. I hope that the final research results of this paper can play a certain reference for the planning of sports fitness space, site layout and facilities design under the development of aging society.
