【摘要】：近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的快速發(fā)展，新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的大量開展，農(nóng)民迫切需求提升基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及改變鄉(xiāng)村落后面貌。然而，在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過程中大量富有地方特色的鄉(xiāng)土景觀被破壞，逐步消亡，村落原有的生態(tài)格局失衡，如何保護(hù)、繼承和延續(xù)農(nóng)村千百年來的風(fēng)土人情和寶貴遺產(chǎn)，成為當(dāng)今新農(nóng)村建設(shè)面臨的重大問題。新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)應(yīng)該是產(chǎn)業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的更新和提升，讓人居住得更加舒適，而不是生態(tài)空間和鄉(xiāng)土文化的改變，更不是把農(nóng)村變?yōu)槌鞘小?yīng)該追求的是生產(chǎn)功能的城市化、形態(tài)與文化的鄉(xiāng)土化，這就需要我們在新農(nóng)村規(guī)劃和建設(shè)中重視鄉(xiāng)土景觀，再現(xiàn)心靈故鄉(xiāng)，，將鄉(xiāng)土景觀元素應(yīng)用到新農(nóng)村的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)中，給世代生活在那里的人們提供安定、舒適、寧靜、有心理共鳴和心靈歸屬感的居住環(huán)境。保持新農(nóng)村的鄉(xiāng)土特色，保護(hù)和傳承地域傳統(tǒng)文化，建設(shè)人與自然和諧相處的社會主義新農(nóng)村景觀環(huán)境已經(jīng)迫在眉睫，新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中鄉(xiāng)土景觀的應(yīng)用的研究，對具有濃郁地方特色的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 以鄉(xiāng)土景觀在新農(nóng)村規(guī)劃和建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，對鄉(xiāng)土景觀相關(guān)的概念以及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行解讀，通過對河南鄉(xiāng)土景觀的深入調(diào)查，了解鄉(xiāng)村鄉(xiāng)土景觀的形成過程和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，深入挖掘鄉(xiāng)村中鄉(xiāng)土景觀的構(gòu)成和特征，對河南鄉(xiāng)村鄉(xiāng)土景觀元素的基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)成進(jìn)行提煉，借鑒前人的成果，通過對省級新農(nóng)村示范點(diǎn)鄉(xiāng)土景觀應(yīng)用的實(shí)地調(diào)查分析，對傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)土景觀的構(gòu)成要素在新農(nóng)村規(guī)劃和建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用方法和策略分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題，針對河南新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的實(shí)例和村民的滿意度分析，探索鄉(xiāng)土景觀在河南新農(nóng)村規(guī)劃和建設(shè)新模式，為河南今后新農(nóng)村規(guī)劃和建設(shè)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society and the development of new rural construction, farmers urgently need to upgrade infrastructure and change rural backwardness. However, in the process of new rural construction, a large number of local features of the local landscape was destroyed, gradually disappeared, the original ecological pattern of the village imbalance, how to protect, inherit and continue the rural customs and precious heritage for thousands of years, It has become a major problem in the construction of new countryside. The construction of new countryside should be the renewal and promotion of industry and infrastructure, so that people can live more comfortably, rather than the change of ecological space and local culture, let alone turn the countryside into a city. What we should pursue is the urbanization of production function, the localization of form and culture, which requires us to attach importance to the local landscape in the planning and construction of the new countryside, to reproduce the spiritual hometown, and to apply the elements of the local landscape to the planning and construction of the new countryside. To provide a stable, comfortable, quiet, psychological resonance and a sense of spiritual belonging for generations of people living there. It is urgent to maintain the local characteristics of the new countryside, to protect and inherit the regional traditional culture, to build the landscape environment of the socialist new countryside in harmony between man and nature, and to study the application of the local landscape in the construction of the new countryside. Has a strong local characteristics of the new rural construction has an important guiding significance. Based on the application of the local landscape in the planning and construction of the new countryside, the related concepts of the local landscape and related theories and practices at home and abroad are interpreted, and the in-depth investigation of the local landscape in Henan Province is carried out. To understand the forming process and development of rural local landscape, to dig deeply into the constitution and characteristics of rural landscape, to refine the basic constitution of rural landscape elements in Henan, and to draw lessons from previous achievements. Based on the field investigation and analysis of the application of the local landscape in the demonstration sites of the new countryside at the provincial level, this paper analyzes the application methods and strategies of the elements of the traditional local landscape in the planning and construction of the new countryside, and finds out the problems and solves the problems. Based on the analysis of the examples and the villagers' satisfaction in the construction of the new countryside in Henan Province, this paper explores the new mode of planning and construction of the local landscape in the new countryside of Henan Province, which provides the basis for the planning and construction of the new countryside in Henan in the future.
