【摘要】：近年來,隨著國(guó)家對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的大力投資,施工企業(yè)也迎來了發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,企業(yè)承接的項(xiàng)目隨之增多,企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍也越來越廣。隨著企業(yè)承接項(xiàng)目數(shù)量的增多、規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大以及跨地域等因素,施工企業(yè)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的管理也開始由過往的單項(xiàng)目管理模式開始向多項(xiàng)目管理模式進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變。而資源是構(gòu)成實(shí)物的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),因此如何對(duì)資源進(jìn)行有效而卓越的管理對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理的成效有著直接影響。針對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理的核心是資源的協(xié)調(diào)管理和有效配置、工程項(xiàng)目的復(fù)雜性和目前的研究往往集中在資源的優(yōu)化配置等因素,本文提出基于MAS理論構(gòu)建資源管理系統(tǒng)的概念。首先,本文分析了資源管理的研究現(xiàn)狀、施工企業(yè)所面臨多項(xiàng)目資源管理的難題以及不足,再闡述和分析MAS理論、資源理論、多項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)和目的,對(duì)施工企業(yè)所需資源進(jìn)行分類。在上述理論和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合MAS建模理論構(gòu)建施工企業(yè)的資源管理系統(tǒng)框架以及設(shè)計(jì)各個(gè)Agent的功能、作用、內(nèi)部模塊,并提出協(xié)同進(jìn)度計(jì)劃以及資源動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)劃的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、編制規(guī)則和方法。同時(shí)對(duì)兩個(gè)核心的協(xié)同優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了模型建立,構(gòu)建了基于遺傳算法的協(xié)同進(jìn)度計(jì)劃—資源動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)劃優(yōu)化模型,結(jié)合案例分析多項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的Agent以及框架構(gòu)建方法,對(duì)優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行求解,驗(yàn)證了該優(yōu)化模型的可行性以及優(yōu)化效果。本文的研究能給以后對(duì)于資源管理的研究帶來一種新的思路以及能夠?yàn)槭┕て髽I(yè)的資源管理制度的制定和完善提供理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)能為施工企業(yè)構(gòu)建資源管理系統(tǒng)提供了方法和理念。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the national investment in infrastructure, construction enterprises have ushered in the golden period of development, the number of projects undertaken by enterprises has increased, and the scope of business of enterprises has become more and more extensive. With the increase of the number of projects, the expansion of the scale and the cross-geographical factors, the project management of construction enterprises began to change from the single project management mode to the multi-project management model. Resource is the material foundation of material object, so how to manage resources effectively and excellently has a direct impact on the effectiveness of multi-project management. In view of the fact that the core of multi-project management is the coordinated management and effective allocation of resources, the complexity of engineering projects and the current research often focus on the optimal allocation of resources, the concept of constructing a resource management system based on MAS theory is proposed in this paper. First of all, this paper analyzes the research status of resource management, the problems and shortcomings of multi-project resource management faced by construction enterprises, and then expounds and analyzes the characteristics and purposes of MAS theory, resource theory, multi-project management. Classify the resources required by construction enterprises. On the basis of the above theory and analysis, combined with MAS modeling theory, this paper constructs the framework of resource management system of construction enterprise and designs the function, internal module of each Agent, and puts forward the structure system of collaborative schedule plan and resource dynamic plan. Preparation of rules and methods At the same time, the two core cooperative optimization models are established, and the collaborative schedule planning and resource dynamic planning optimization model based on genetic algorithm is constructed. The Agent and framework construction method of the multi-project management system are analyzed with a case study. The feasibility and effect of the optimization model are verified by solving the optimization model. The research in this paper can bring a new way of thinking to the research of resource management in the future and provide the theoretical basis for the establishment and perfection of the resource management system of the construction enterprise. At the same time, it provides the method and idea for the construction enterprise to construct the resource management system.
