基于MAS的大型施工企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目資源管理研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the national investment in infrastructure, construction enterprises have ushered in the golden period of development, the number of projects undertaken by enterprises has increased, and the scope of business of enterprises has become more and more extensive. With the increase of the number of projects, the expansion of the scale and the cross-geographical factors, the project management of construction enterprises began to change from the single project management mode to the multi-project management model. Resource is the material foundation of material object, so how to manage resources effectively and excellently has a direct impact on the effectiveness of multi-project management. In view of the fact that the core of multi-project management is the coordinated management and effective allocation of resources, the complexity of engineering projects and the current research often focus on the optimal allocation of resources, the concept of constructing a resource management system based on MAS theory is proposed in this paper. First of all, this paper analyzes the research status of resource management, the problems and shortcomings of multi-project resource management faced by construction enterprises, and then expounds and analyzes the characteristics and purposes of MAS theory, resource theory, multi-project management. Classify the resources required by construction enterprises. On the basis of the above theory and analysis, combined with MAS modeling theory, this paper constructs the framework of resource management system of construction enterprise and designs the function, internal module of each Agent, and puts forward the structure system of collaborative schedule plan and resource dynamic plan. Preparation of rules and methods At the same time, the two core cooperative optimization models are established, and the collaborative schedule planning and resource dynamic planning optimization model based on genetic algorithm is constructed. The Agent and framework construction method of the multi-project management system are analyzed with a case study. The feasibility and effect of the optimization model are verified by solving the optimization model. The research in this paper can bring a new way of thinking to the research of resource management in the future and provide the theoretical basis for the establishment and perfection of the resource management system of the construction enterprise. At the same time, it provides the method and idea for the construction enterprise to construct the resource management system.
