青島中山路歷史街區(qū)交通改善規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:擁有歷史街區(qū)的城市是幸運(yùn)的,歷史街區(qū)獨(dú)特的風(fēng)貌與場(chǎng)所感直接將所在城市的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和歷史文化特色呈現(xiàn)在大家面前。歷史街區(qū)的價(jià)值是雙重的,一方面,歷史街區(qū)蘊(yùn)含著海量的歷史文化信息,是城市發(fā)展成長(zhǎng)的記憶載體;另一方面,歷史街區(qū)豐富的歷史文化資源吸引了眾多游客,商業(yè)和旅游業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)潛力巨大。 近些年我國(guó)城市化快速發(fā)展,交通機(jī)動(dòng)化的特點(diǎn)明顯。過(guò)量的機(jī)動(dòng)化交通嚴(yán)重干擾和破壞了歷史街區(qū)健康有序的環(huán)境,影響歷史街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。歷史街區(qū)風(fēng)貌保護(hù)與交通發(fā)展之間的矛盾重重,歷史街區(qū)交通問(wèn)題凸顯。目前國(guó)內(nèi)歷史街區(qū)改造項(xiàng)目眾多,但國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于歷史街區(qū)的研究主要集中在保護(hù)和更新領(lǐng)域,關(guān)于歷史街區(qū)交通改善方面的研究較少且不深入。因此,對(duì)歷史街區(qū)進(jìn)行交通系統(tǒng)改善方面的研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以青島老城區(qū)內(nèi)的中山路區(qū)域作為研究對(duì)象,在梳理和分析借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過(guò)理論研究和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研等方法并依據(jù)中山路區(qū)域的實(shí)際情況,提出針對(duì)性的改善策略。 文章首先回顧中山路歷史街區(qū)交通規(guī)劃發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò),并對(duì)區(qū)域概況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研深入分析中山路區(qū)域的道路交通特點(diǎn),歸納出交通系統(tǒng)的主要問(wèn)題;然后分析與總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外歷史街區(qū)交通改善的理論方法和優(yōu)秀案例的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),,作為交通改善策略的一般性依據(jù);最后在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外歷史街區(qū)交通改善的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和把握青島中山路歷史街區(qū)交通特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,探討適合中山路區(qū)域交通改善的策略和理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)交通改善策略從一般性向特殊性的轉(zhuǎn)變。本文從公共交通系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、慢行交通設(shè)計(jì)、過(guò)境交通組織、區(qū)域內(nèi)部交通組織、停車(chē)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)5個(gè)層面提出改造規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案,改善歷史街區(qū)的交通環(huán)境,重塑歷史街區(qū)活力,試圖為青島歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新中的交通改善問(wèn)題提供一些建議和方法。
[Abstract]:The city with historical block is lucky, the unique style and place sense of historical district directly present the development vein and historical culture characteristic of the city in front of everybody. The value of the historical district is dual. On the one hand, the historical district contains massive historical and cultural information, which is the memory carrier for the development and growth of the city; on the other hand, the rich historical and cultural resources of the historical district attract many tourists. Business and tourism have great potential. In recent years, the rapid development of urbanization in China, the characteristics of traffic motorization is obvious. Excessive motorized traffic seriously interferes and destroys the healthy and orderly environment of historic blocks and affects the sustainable development of historical blocks. There are many contradictions between the protection of historical street features and traffic development, and the traffic problems in historical blocks are prominent. At present, there are a lot of projects for the reconstruction of historical blocks in China, but the research on historic blocks is mainly focused on the field of protection and renewal at home and abroad, and the research on traffic improvement of historic blocks is less and less thorough. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the traffic system improvement in historical districts. In this paper, the Zhongshan Road area in the old urban area of Qingdao is taken as the research object. On the basis of combing and analyzing the relevant research at home and abroad, through the methods of theoretical research and field investigation, and according to the actual situation of Zhongshan Road area, Put forward targeted improvement strategies. Firstly, this paper reviews the history of the traffic planning and development of Zhongshan Road historical block, and explains the regional situation in detail, analyzes the road traffic characteristics of Zhongshan Road area through field investigation, and concludes the main problems of the traffic system. Then it analyzes and summarizes the theory and methods of traffic improvement and the successful experience of excellent cases in the historical blocks of China and abroad, which is the general basis of the traffic improvement strategy. Finally, on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of traffic improvement in historical blocks at home and abroad and grasping the characteristics of traffic in historical blocks of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao, this paper discusses the strategies and ideas suitable for traffic improvement in Zhongshan Road area. To realize the change of traffic improvement strategy from generality to particularity. In this paper, five aspects of public transportation system design, slow traffic design, transit traffic organization, regional internal traffic organization and parking system design are put forward to improve the traffic environment of historical blocks and reshape the vitality of historical blocks. This paper tries to provide some suggestions and methods for the traffic improvement in the protection and renewal of Qingdao historic district.
