【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與再利用是工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)中不可缺少的重要組成部分,這些工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)具有美學(xué)、建筑學(xué)、歷史學(xué)等特征。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)隨著社會(huì)變化的不斷調(diào)整,在城市建設(shè)中迅速的發(fā)展,如果不盡快地加以重點(diǎn)保護(hù),這些不可再生資源,將會(huì)很快地?fù)p壞和消失。本文針對(duì)長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)近代的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研,結(jié)合長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)近代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行初步分析,并且通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外優(yōu)秀工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和再利用成功案例的分析,進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒,運(yùn)用到長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的發(fā)展再利用中。針對(duì)于長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)中遇到的疑慮和困惑,尋求到適合長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用的方法。從我省實(shí)際情況出發(fā),從長(zhǎng)春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)再利用目的出發(fā),從近年的來長(zhǎng)春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用的模式出發(fā),從再利用的保護(hù)策略出發(fā)。在一系列的問題基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)近代的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:The protection and reuse of industrial heritage is an indispensable part of industrial heritage, which has the characteristics of aesthetics, architecture, history and so on. With the constant adjustment of the social change, the industrial structure develops rapidly in the urban construction. If it is not protected as soon as possible, these non-renewable resources will be damaged and disappeared quickly. This article has carried on the field investigation to the Changchun area modern industrial heritage, unifies the Changchun area actual situation, carries on the preliminary analysis to the Changchun area modern industrial heritage present situation, And through the domestic and foreign excellent industrial heritage protection and reuse successful case analysis, carries on the study and the reference, applies to the Changchun area industrial heritage development reuse. In view of the doubts and puzzles encountered in the development and construction of Changchun region, this paper seeks a suitable method for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Changchun area. Starting from the actual situation of our province, starting from the purpose of protection and reuse of Changchun industrial heritage, starting from the pattern of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Changchun in recent years, starting from the protection strategy of reuse. On the basis of a series of problems, this paper probes into the protection of industrial heritage in Changchun area in modern times.
