嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)近零能耗辦公建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)的全球化帶來(lái)的是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的普遍聯(lián)系與發(fā)展。在全球化的大趨勢(shì)下,不斷發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)、工業(yè)、交通和建筑都在不停的消耗著地球?qū)氋F的資源、而能源消耗的量也在不斷增長(zhǎng)。因此建筑節(jié)能則成為能源工作開(kāi)源節(jié)流的重要舉措。而辦公建筑的節(jié)能作為高能耗建筑中的重要組成部分,己經(jīng)成為建筑節(jié)能工作的重中之重。零能耗建筑是建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的最終目標(biāo),但目前的技術(shù)水平,達(dá)到零能耗需要較高的投資和非常高的施工水平。歐洲自2010年以來(lái),大力倡導(dǎo)發(fā)展近零能耗建筑,在當(dāng)今技術(shù)水平下,確立可實(shí)現(xiàn)的能耗目標(biāo)。歐盟各個(gè)成員國(guó)紛紛響應(yīng),建立指標(biāo)與規(guī)范。我國(guó)也于2005年建立《被動(dòng)式超低能耗綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則》,旨在發(fā)展適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的近零能耗建筑。目前,我國(guó)被動(dòng)式建筑及超低能耗建筑的研究停留在居住建筑層面,對(duì)于能耗較大的公共建筑較少涉及,對(duì)嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)的研究也不甚全面。因此,本文從嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)氣候特點(diǎn)和辦公建筑的普遍特點(diǎn)入手,通過(guò)調(diào)研建立辦公建筑基礎(chǔ)模型及指標(biāo),對(duì)已建立的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)辦公建筑運(yùn)用Energy Plus模擬軟件進(jìn)行能耗模擬分析,得出嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)近零能耗指標(biāo)限值和實(shí)現(xiàn)能耗目標(biāo)的建筑節(jié)能系統(tǒng)參數(shù)。歸納總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有技術(shù)在能耗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值和嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)氣候條件的背景下,適宜節(jié)能技術(shù)的遴選組合。最后通過(guò)實(shí)際近零能耗項(xiàng)目,對(duì)節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)模式進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。本文的主要結(jié)論為:1)嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)近零能耗辦公建筑能耗限值和節(jié)能系統(tǒng)參數(shù)。以嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)代表城市沈陽(yáng)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)辦公建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型的能耗計(jì)算,提出適合于當(dāng)?shù)貧夂驐l件的近零能耗辦公建筑能耗限值和圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)熱工性能指標(biāo)。2)嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)辦公建筑近零能耗設(shè)計(jì)模式及適用技術(shù)甄選集成。針對(duì)嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)所處地理位置的自然環(huán)境、可再生能源利用現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等,建立嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)近零能耗辦公建筑使用技術(shù)體系遴選集成。
[Abstract]:Globalization in the 21 century brought about the universal connection and development of the global economy. In the trend of globalization, the growing economy, industry, transportation and construction are constantly consuming the precious resources of the earth, and the amount of energy consumption is also increasing. Therefore, building energy conservation has become an important measure to increase energy resources and reduce expenditure. As an important part of high energy consumption building, office building energy-saving has become the most important part of building energy-saving work. Zero energy consumption building is the ultimate goal of the development of the construction industry, but the current technical level, to achieve zero energy consumption, requires a high investment and a very high construction level. Since 2010, Europe has strongly advocated the development of near-zero energy consumption building, and set the achievable energy consumption target under the current technology level. Each EU member country responds one after another, establishes the index and the norm. In 2005, China also established the "passive Ultra-low Energy consumption Green Building Design guidelines", which aims to develop near-zero energy consumption buildings suitable for China's national conditions. At present, the research of passive buildings and ultra-low energy consumption buildings in our country remains at the level of residential buildings, and the research on the public buildings with more energy consumption is less concerned, and the research on cold areas is not very comprehensive. Therefore, this paper starts with the climatic characteristics and the general characteristics of office buildings in severe cold areas, establishes the basic model and index of office buildings through investigation and research, and analyzes the energy consumption simulation of the established standard office buildings by using Energy Plus simulation software. The limit value of near zero energy consumption index and the parameters of building energy saving system are obtained. Under the background of energy consumption standard limit and climatic conditions in severe cold areas, the selection and combination of suitable energy saving technologies are summarized. Finally, the energy saving design model is verified by the near zero energy consumption project. The main conclusion of this paper is: (1) the limit of energy consumption and the parameters of energy saving system for office buildings with near zero energy consumption in severe cold area. Taking Shenyang, the representative city of severe cold, as an example, the energy consumption of the standard model of office building is calculated. The energy consumption limit of near zero energy consumption office building and the thermal performance index of enclosure structure for local climate conditions are put forward. The design mode of near zero energy consumption for office building in severe cold area and the suitable technology selection integration are put forward. In view of the natural environment, the present situation of renewable energy utilization and the economy of the geographical location in the severe cold area, the selection and integration of the technical system for the use of office buildings with near zero energy consumption in the severe cold area is established.
