廣州地區(qū)超高層辦公建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層設(shè)計(jì)中的節(jié)能分析

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的不斷發(fā)展和城市用地緊張狀況的不斷加劇,使得辦公建筑越來(lái)越多的以超高層建筑的形象出現(xiàn)在城市中。廣州地區(qū)作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)最為發(fā)達(dá)和發(fā)展最為迅速的地區(qū)之一,這種現(xiàn)象表現(xiàn)的更為明顯。然而,超高層辦公建筑在節(jié)約用地、提升城市形象的同時(shí),由于其巨大的建筑體量、獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)手法,不可避免的在建筑能耗方面造成了巨大壓力。 盡管越來(lái)越多的建筑師已經(jīng)開始意識(shí)到了建筑設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的節(jié)能需求,但是鑒于目前針對(duì)超高層辦公建筑建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案階段的節(jié)能優(yōu)化缺乏基于量化基礎(chǔ)上的節(jié)能研究,使得建筑師對(duì)于建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的不同能耗影響因素對(duì)建筑能耗影響的顯著性關(guān)系只有定性的概念,而沒(méi)有定量的概念,并且對(duì)于不同因素對(duì)建筑能耗影響的規(guī)律性關(guān)系和不同因素的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)能夠產(chǎn)生的節(jié)能潛力同樣只有定性的概念,,而沒(méi)有定量的概念。因此這種僅有定性分析而缺乏相應(yīng)量化研究的節(jié)能優(yōu)化策略,使得建筑師在采納時(shí)也顯得信心不足和缺乏足夠的說(shuō)服力,本課題即是對(duì)這種狀況的回應(yīng)。本論文以廣州地區(qū)超高層辦公建筑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層為研究對(duì)象,主要的研究工作如下: 1、對(duì)廣州地區(qū)超高層辦公建筑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層在建筑設(shè)計(jì)階段產(chǎn)生的能耗影響因素進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。 2、對(duì)廣州地區(qū)的20棟超高層辦公建筑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層和國(guó)家相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研,并對(duì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理、統(tǒng)計(jì),從而得到各能耗影響因素在建筑設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中的常用取值,為下一步計(jì)算機(jī)模擬工作取得基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。 3、利用正交試驗(yàn)法和DeST-c計(jì)算機(jī)模擬軟件對(duì)各能耗影響因素與建筑能耗之間的敏感性進(jìn)行分析,從而確定各能耗影響因素對(duì)建筑能耗影響的敏感性關(guān)系。 4、針對(duì)目前較少涉及的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層平面設(shè)計(jì)方面的能耗影響因素的節(jié)能分析,利用DeST-c軟件進(jìn)行單一因素的規(guī)律性模擬,從而得到各因素對(duì)于建筑能耗的影響規(guī)律,并將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)一步量化處理,得到各工況相對(duì)于能耗基礎(chǔ)模型所能獲得的節(jié)能潛力及其規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urbanization and the tense situation of urban land, more and more office buildings appear in the city as the image of super high-rise buildings. As one of the most developed and rapidly developing regions in China, this phenomenon is more obvious in Guangzhou. However, while saving land and improving the image of the city, the super high-rise office building inevitably causes great pressure in building energy consumption because of its huge building volume and unique design method. Although more and more architects have begun to realize the need of energy conservation in the process of building design, however, in view of the lack of energy conservation research based on quantification, The architect has only the qualitative concept, not the quantitative concept, for the significant relationship between the different energy consumption factors in the architectural design and the building energy consumption. Moreover, there is only a qualitative concept, but no quantitative concept, for the influence of different factors on building energy consumption and the energy saving potential that can be generated by different factors. Therefore, this energy-saving optimization strategy, which is only qualitative analysis and lacks the corresponding quantitative research, makes the architects appear to lack confidence and sufficient persuasion when they adopt it. This paper is a response to this situation. This paper takes the standard floor of Guangzhou super high-rise office building as the research object. The main research work is as follows: 1. Summing up the influence factors of energy consumption in the design stage of the standard floors of the super high-rise office buildings in Guangzhou. 2. The standard floor of the floor office building and the relevant national design specifications to carry out data investigation, And the survey data are collated, statistics, so as to get the commonly used values of various energy consumption factors in the architectural design practice, In order to obtain the basic data for the next computer simulation work. 3, the sensitivity of each energy consumption influence factor and the building energy consumption is analyzed by orthogonal test method and DeST-c computer simulation software. Therefore, the sensitivity of each energy consumption influence factor to the building energy consumption is determined. 4. The energy saving analysis of the energy consumption influence factor in the standard floor plane design which is seldom involved at present, The regularity of single factor is simulated by using DeST-c software, and the influence law of each factor on building energy consumption is obtained. Furthermore, the data are further quantified to obtain the energy saving potential and its law relative to the basic model of energy consumption.
