【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)是城市中最早進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的街區(qū)，也是城市自發(fā)展以來(lái)最具有代表性的核心街區(qū)。近年來(lái)，，由于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊，承載主要城市職能的歷史街區(qū)逐漸衰落下來(lái)，留下了空間組織混亂、環(huán)境惡化、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、社會(huì)階層組織失調(diào)等種種問(wèn)題。中山路歷史街區(qū)也不例外，街區(qū)活力的缺失與歷史風(fēng)貌的破壞受到市政府以及社會(huì)各界人士的關(guān)注。經(jīng)過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外專家數(shù)次保護(hù)與更新模式的研究，在理論與實(shí)踐上都取得了豐碩的成果。但是，短暫的活力再生之后，中山路又衰敗下來(lái)，中山路歷史街區(qū)的活力振興與復(fù)興依然是我們重點(diǎn)研究的課題。筆者將空間句法理論引入街區(qū)空間形態(tài)的研究，從新的視角與方法研究中山路歷史街區(qū)的改造與更新模式。 空間句法經(jīng)過(guò)四十余年的發(fā)展與研究，歷經(jīng)產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、論證與完善，至今已經(jīng)形成一套完整、系統(tǒng)的建筑性理論。本文重在研究空間句法在街區(qū)改造與更新層面的應(yīng)用。首先從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)方面對(duì)中山路歷史街區(qū)進(jìn)行空間形態(tài)分析，總結(jié)出現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而提出相關(guān)改造措施；其次運(yùn)用空間句法理論分析規(guī)劃方案的空間形態(tài)特征，研究規(guī)劃前后兩者在空間形態(tài)上的差異與優(yōu)劣；最后在兩者研究的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出空間句法理論在街區(qū)保護(hù)與改造中的應(yīng)用意義，以期達(dá)到新型理論的學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)自己在未知領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的探索能力。
[Abstract]:The historic district is the earliest economic district in the city, and it is also the most representative core district since the development of the city. In recent years, due to the impact of the market economy, the historical blocks carrying the functions of the major cities have gradually declined, leaving behind a variety of problems, such as confusion of space organization, deterioration of environment, unreasonable economic structure, imbalance of social stratum organization, and so on. Zhongshan Road historical district is no exception. The lack of vitality and the destruction of historical features are concerned by the municipal government and people from all walks of life. After several studies on protection and renewal models by experts at home and abroad, fruitful results have been achieved in theory and practice. However, after a short period of rejuvenation, Zhongshan Road declined again, and the revitalization and rejuvenation of Zhongshan Road Historical District is still our key research topic. The author introduces the theory of space syntax into the study of block spatial form and studies the transformation and renewal mode of Zhongshan Road historic block from a new angle of view and method. After more than 40 years of development and research, space syntax has been formed a set of complete and systematic architectural theory after its emergence, development, demonstration and perfection. This paper focuses on the application of spatial syntax in the reconstruction and renewal of blocks. First, from the macro, meso and micro aspects of the historical block of Zhongshan Road space form analysis, summed up the existing problems, and then put forward the relevant measures; Secondly, the spatial morphological characteristics of the planning scheme are analyzed by using the spatial syntax theory, and the differences and advantages in the spatial morphology between them before and after the planning are studied. Finally, on the basis of the two studies, the application significance of spatial syntax theory in block protection and transformation is summarized, in order to achieve the learning of new theory and to cultivate the ability of exploring knowledge in unknown field.
