青島歷史街區(qū)街道空間解析

【摘要】：在當今中國前所未有的城市化進程中,絕大多數(shù)的中國城市都經(jīng)歷了不同程度地城市規(guī)模的急劇擴張。舊城改造、城市的功能結(jié)構(gòu)、空間環(huán)境、尺度街廓肌理乃至社會等發(fā)生了明顯的變化，城市規(guī)劃的持續(xù)編制、修編和實施,也在緊羅密布的進行中。歷史街區(qū)街道作為城市重要的組成部分，與城市整體密不可分。其形象特征和功能品質(zhì)更是城市整體至關重要的決定性因素。一些歷史街區(qū)街道在快速城市化的進程中，街區(qū)街道空間的不合理正在引發(fā)一系列的城市問題，造成歷史街區(qū)街道空間與現(xiàn)代街區(qū)街道空間矛盾、現(xiàn)代街區(qū)街道建設空間失衡、城市生活活力下降等[1]。 本文結(jié)合與中國傳統(tǒng)城市形態(tài)的對比,分別從路網(wǎng)、街區(qū)、街道和空間節(jié)點的層面上對空間形態(tài)進行詳細分析，就城市歷史街區(qū)街道空間在城市形態(tài)學、城市設計學、城市道路與交通的范疇內(nèi)展開討論。為探討創(chuàng)造符合青島歷史街區(qū)街道空間發(fā)展的設計對策，進而對歷史街區(qū)街道空間這一要素的進行深入分析和研究。通過對青島歷史街區(qū)街道空間特征進行量化客觀理性的分析,從宏觀、中觀、微觀層面出發(fā)，結(jié)合實際測量數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析青島歷史街區(qū)的街道空間規(guī)模和適宜性,研究合乎人性化的街區(qū)街道空間，為改善青島老街區(qū)街道空間環(huán)境和建設現(xiàn)代街區(qū)街道、新舊街區(qū)街道的銜接與繼承提供積極參考，對完備城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論及創(chuàng)造良好的人居環(huán)境也具有至關重要的意義和作用。 本文從歷史街區(qū)街道空間這一角度出發(fā)，界定了相關概念并綜合整理敘述了國內(nèi)外相關理論，，總結(jié)出歷史街區(qū)空間在其發(fā)展演變的過程中與當時經(jīng)濟、文化、感知、歷史背景等方面的相關聯(lián)系和空間研究的相關辦法，并且以更加具體的實證調(diào)研為基礎，對青島歷史街區(qū)街道空間進行量化整理。在確保研究正確、深入和具體的前提下，通過調(diào)查青島傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)街道的歷史原貌和現(xiàn)狀，分析鄰里交往空間對青島傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)街道空間的影響。對青島歷史街區(qū)街道的空間規(guī)模和適宜性分析,結(jié)合當今城市街區(qū)空間現(xiàn)狀，探討在快速城市化建設過程中新老街區(qū)相互借鑒,相互汲取的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In the process of unprecedented urbanization in China, most Chinese cities have experienced rapid expansion of urban scale to varying degrees. The transformation of the old city, the functional structure of the city, the space environment, the texture of the scale street and even the society have changed obviously. The continuous compilation, revision and implementation of the urban planning are also in the process of tight compactness. As an important part of the city, the streets of historical blocks are closely related to the whole city. Its image characteristic and function quality are the decisive factor of the whole city. In the course of the rapid urbanization of some historic streets, the unreasonable street space is causing a series of urban problems, resulting in the contradiction between the historic street space and the modern street space, and the imbalance of the modern street construction space. A decline in the vitality of urban life. Based on the comparison with the traditional urban form in China, this paper analyzes the spatial form in detail from the aspects of road network, block, street and space node, and discusses the urban morphology and urban design of street space in urban historical block. The discussion begins in the context of urban roads and traffic. In order to probe into the design countermeasures of creating street space in line with the development of historic street space in Qingdao, this paper further analyzes and studies the element of street space in historical block. Based on the quantitative and rational analysis of the street space characteristics of Qingdao historical block, the paper analyzes the scale and suitability of the street space in Qingdao historic district from the macro, meso and micro levels, and combining with the actual measurement data system. In order to improve the street space environment of old and old streets in Qingdao and to construct modern streets, the connection and inheritance of old and new streets are provided as a positive reference. It also plays an important role in perfecting the theory of urban sustainable development and creating a good living environment. From the perspective of street space in historical blocks, this paper defines the relevant concepts and summarizes the relevant theories at home and abroad, and sums up the historical district space in the process of its development and evolution with the economy, culture, perception, Historical background and other related links and spatial research methods, and based on more specific empirical research, Qingdao historical block street space quantitative arrangement. In order to ensure that the research is correct, thorough and concrete, through investigating the historical appearance and present situation of Qingdao traditional street, this paper analyzes the influence of neighborhood communication space on Qingdao traditional street space. Based on the analysis of the spatial scale and suitability of the streets in the historical blocks of Qingdao and the present spatial situation of the urban blocks, this paper probes into the effective ways for the new and old blocks to learn from each other in the process of rapid urbanization construction.
