【摘要】：全球城市化背景下，城市發(fā)展也日益關(guān)注生態(tài)環(huán)境的塑造。綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為有關(guān)宏觀地域中綠色空間塑造的理論，對解決城市化帶來的環(huán)境污染等問題具有一定的研究和實踐意義。歐美國家的綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)發(fā)展較早，積累了大量經(jīng)驗。我國的綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)目前仍處于起步和摸索階段。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外理論和建設(shè)經(jīng)驗的研究，，較為系統(tǒng)的梳理了綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的內(nèi)涵、功能、構(gòu)建原則和方法等，總結(jié)出綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施具有多層次性、主動性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)性、政策性等特征及借鑒意義。在此基礎(chǔ)上重點針對綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施理念在當(dāng)前城市總體規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用途徑展開研究。 本文以城市總體規(guī)劃中的目標(biāo)與戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃方法、工程應(yīng)用以及實施保障四個方面為主線貫穿前后，對傳統(tǒng)城市總體規(guī)劃和基于綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施理念的城市總體規(guī)劃進(jìn)行對比，試圖提出整合城市總體發(fā)展與綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施理念的規(guī)劃思路、途徑和規(guī)劃策略。并結(jié)合筆者參與的項目《廣東省茂名濱海新區(qū)城市總體規(guī)劃（2012-2030）》的實踐經(jīng)驗，總結(jié)城市建設(shè)中生態(tài)綠地相關(guān)內(nèi)容，針對四個方面詳細(xì)闡述綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施理念對于城市總體規(guī)劃如何影響。最后對案例實踐過程進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思，分析項目中對于綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施理念的應(yīng)用所處的階段和需要改進(jìn)的地方，提出對下一步工作的展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global urbanization, urban development also pays more and more attention to the shaping of ecological environment. Green infrastructure, as a theory of shaping green space in macroscopic regions, has a certain research and practical significance to solve the problems of environmental pollution brought by urbanization. Europe and the United States green infrastructure development earlier, accumulated a lot of experience. China's green infrastructure construction is still in its infancy and groping stage. Based on the study of the theory and construction experience at home and abroad, this paper systematically combs the connotation, function, construction principles and methods of green infrastructure, and concludes that green infrastructure has multi-level, initiative, network, etc. Policy and other characteristics and reference significance. On this basis, the paper focuses on the application of green infrastructure concept in the current urban master planning. In this paper, the objectives and strategies of urban master planning, planning methods, engineering applications and implementation of the four main lines of the main line before and after, the traditional urban master planning and urban master planning based on the concept of green infrastructure are compared. This paper attempts to put forward planning ideas, approaches and planning strategies for integrating the overall urban development with the concept of green infrastructure. Combined with the practical experience of the project "Master Urban Planning (2012-2030) of Binhai New District, Maoming, Guangdong Province", the relevant contents of ecological green space in urban construction are summarized. In this paper, four aspects of the concept of green infrastructure for the overall urban planning impact. Finally, the paper summarizes and reflects on the practical process of the case, analyzes the stage of the application of the green infrastructure concept in the project and the areas that need to be improved, and puts forward the prospect of the next work.
