模塊化設(shè)計(jì)在門禁控制器開發(fā)中的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】：隨著市場和企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的要求越來越高；同時(shí)隨著新技術(shù)層出不窮的推出,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)本身的技術(shù)難度也越來越高。在門禁控制器硬件設(shè)計(jì)和項(xiàng)目管理的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：新產(chǎn)品的相對開發(fā)周期變得越來越長,產(chǎn)品元器件成本居高不下,產(chǎn)品開發(fā)遇到的技術(shù)問題越來越多,相同技術(shù)問題在不同的項(xiàng)目中重復(fù)出現(xiàn),新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定需要越來越長的時(shí)間。傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法在面對這些問題時(shí)顯得力不從心,無法從根本上進(jìn)行避免或解決。本論文研究了門禁控制器硬件設(shè)計(jì)傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的特點(diǎn),并分析了當(dāng)下其存在的問題,在對模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種新的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法——模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法。論文通過對產(chǎn)品硬件設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理論的具體分析,論證了門禁控制器硬件設(shè)計(jì)采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法的可行性。同時(shí)對門禁控制器模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的具體流程以及具體如何設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究并做了詳細(xì)說明。另外論文針對門禁控制器模塊化設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),對如何做好門禁控制器模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的項(xiàng)目管理提出了重點(diǎn)管理的方面,以及如何利用合適的管理工具和方法進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理。為進(jìn)一步提高模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的效率,論文研究了如何利用計(jì)算機(jī)工具,通過模塊管理系統(tǒng)對模塊進(jìn)行管理。最后以公司實(shí)際案例展示了門禁控制器模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的具體過程和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,從而以實(shí)際案例論證了模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的可行性以及研究價(jià)值。通過對門禁控制器模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的研究,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中使用該設(shè)計(jì)方法對新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),解決了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法所遇到的問題,節(jié)省了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時(shí)間,降低了產(chǎn)品元器件成本,減少了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量能夠迅速穩(wěn)定下來,提高了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的綜合效率。不僅解決了企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法所不能解決的問題,提升企業(yè)競爭力。更重要的是為行業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供了一種全新的設(shè)計(jì)理念,有助于提高整個(gè)行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)效率,從而推動(dòng)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market and enterprise, the requirement of product design is more and more high, and with the introduction of new technology, the technical difficulty of product design itself becomes more and more high. In the process of hardware design and project management of the access control controller, it is found that the relative development cycle of new products becomes longer and longer, the cost of product components and devices remains high, and the technical problems encountered in product development become more and more. The same technical problems are repeated in different projects, and it takes longer and longer to stabilize the quality of new products. In the face of these problems, the traditional product design method is unable to avoid or solve these problems. In this paper, the characteristics of traditional design methods of access control controller hardware are studied, and the existing problems are analyzed. Based on the research of modularization design theory, a new product design method-modular design method is proposed. By analyzing the characteristics of product hardware design and the theory of modular design, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of using modular design method in the hardware design of door guard controller. At the same time, the specific flow of modularization design and how to design the door guard controller are studied and explained in detail. In addition, according to the characteristics of the modular design project of the access controller, this paper puts forward the key management aspects of how to do the project management of the modular design of the door guard controller, and how to use the appropriate management tools and methods to carry out the project management. In order to further improve the efficiency of modular design, this paper studies how to use computer tools to manage modules through module management system. Finally, the concrete process and realization of modular design of door guard controller are demonstrated with practical cases, and the feasibility and research value of modular design are demonstrated with practical cases. Through the research of modularization design of access control controller, the new product design method is used in practical application, which solves the problems encountered by the traditional design method, saves the development time of the new product, and reduces the cost of the product components and devices. The technical problems in the process of product development are reduced, the product quality can be stabilized quickly, and the comprehensive efficiency of product design is improved. Not only solve the enterprise traditional product design methods can not solve the problem, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. More importantly, it provides a new design idea for the product development of the industry, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of product design in the whole industry and promote the development of social productive forces.
