【摘要】：醫(yī)療品質(zhì)是一個(gè)具有時(shí)代特點(diǎn)的概念,隨著時(shí)代的變遷,對(duì)醫(yī)療品質(zhì)的定義不斷地提高。南丁格爾式醫(yī)療建筑在那個(gè)時(shí)代是先進(jìn)的,但是在今天已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落伍。此外,對(duì)于醫(yī)療品質(zhì)來說,其應(yīng)用的設(shè)施、凈化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、具備的執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師與護(hù)士的素質(zhì)等或許才是其最本質(zhì)的要素。但是在本文的研究范圍中,更期望從建筑設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)的視角,從建筑設(shè)計(jì)師能夠操作的框架內(nèi),對(duì)醫(yī)療品質(zhì)中與建筑師能控制的相關(guān)要素做一個(gè)初步的探究。所以在文章的框架設(shè)計(jì)中,首先從歷史到當(dāng)代醫(yī)療品質(zhì)發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)寫起,再通過對(duì)醫(yī)療建筑中的物理環(huán)境、流線系統(tǒng)、特殊空間節(jié)點(diǎn)三個(gè)方面的研究,分析這三者在醫(yī)療建筑設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)醫(yī)療品質(zhì)提升所起到的作用,并通過相應(yīng)的建成實(shí)例分析,來具體闡述這些要素的應(yīng)用方法與效果。而在文章最后,通過作者本人在研究生期間參與的實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目的方案投標(biāo)與中標(biāo)后的深化設(shè)計(jì)中,學(xué)到的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)與一些設(shè)計(jì)理念的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程的敘述與總結(jié),得出一些對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)療建筑設(shè)計(jì)中可能存在的一些問題的思考與解決方案。通過這篇文章的論述,在工程實(shí)踐與案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)一些建筑設(shè)計(jì)師可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的對(duì)醫(yī)療品質(zhì)提升有利的方式方法,期望能夠?yàn)榻窈蟮尼t(yī)療建筑設(shè)計(jì)提供一些有用的參考。
[Abstract]:Medical quality is a concept with the characteristics of the times. With the change of the times, the definition of medical quality is constantly improved. Nightingale-style medical buildings were advanced at that time, but are far behind today. In addition, for medical quality, the application of facilities, purification standards, the quality of practitioners and nurses may be its most essential elements. However, in the scope of this study, it is expected that from the perspective of architectural design professional, from the framework that architects can operate, the relevant elements of medical quality and architects can be controlled by an initial exploration. So in the frame design of the article, first of all, from the history to the contemporary development of medical quality to write, then through the medical architecture in the physical environment, streamline system, special space node three aspects of research, This paper analyzes the effect of these three factors on the improvement of medical quality in the design of medical architecture, and expounds the application methods and effects of these elements through the analysis of corresponding building examples. At the end of the article, through the project bidding and the deepening design after winning the bid, the author learned the actual experience and described and summarized the realization process of some design ideas. Some thoughts and solutions to some possible problems in the design of medical architecture in our country are obtained. On the basis of engineering practice and case analysis, this paper summarizes the ways and means that some architectural designers can realize to improve medical quality. It is expected to provide some useful reference for future medical architecture design.
