基于行為與活動(dòng)分析的解放路商業(yè)街公共空間研究

【摘要】:快速城市化進(jìn)程中,我國(guó)公共空間面臨總量缺乏和使用效率低下等諸多問題,遠(yuǎn)不能滿足城市居民公共生活和交往的需要。與此同時(shí),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和物質(zhì)水平的提高,城市中各種類型商業(yè)建筑與商業(yè)空間日益發(fā)展壯大。商業(yè)街作為一種常見的商業(yè)建筑形態(tài),在滿足購(gòu)物消費(fèi)功能的同時(shí)逐漸兼容城市各種非商業(yè)性的公共休閑活動(dòng),其商業(yè)性與公共性并存的特性顯示出商業(yè)街公共空間的巨大活力和潛能。如何在商業(yè)街的設(shè)計(jì)中實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)利益與公共利益的雙贏,提高城市空間的使用效率,促進(jìn)城市空間的多樣性和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前城市設(shè)計(jì)研究的重要課題。 本文以武漢市解放路商業(yè)街為研究案例,以公共空間中人的行為和活動(dòng)作為切入點(diǎn),,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)象學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行深入研究。首先,從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)層面對(duì)解放路商業(yè)街公共空間的物質(zhì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了研究。其次,從公共空間中人的行為和活動(dòng)入手,研究不同人群及不同時(shí)間下,解放路公共空間的實(shí)際使用狀態(tài)。然后,結(jié)合前兩者,選擇兩個(gè)案例進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的時(shí)間·空間·活動(dòng)的相關(guān)性分析,尋找出影響人的活動(dòng)的空間性和社會(huì)性因素,最后歸納出解放路商業(yè)街公共空間的特征和問題,并針對(duì)性地提出相關(guān)城市設(shè)計(jì)策略和方法。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, the public space in our country is faced with many problems, such as the lack of total amount and low efficiency of use, which can not meet the needs of the public life and communication of urban residents. At the same time, with the development of economy and the improvement of material level, various types of commercial buildings and commercial spaces in cities are growing stronger and stronger. As a common form of commercial architecture, commercial street is compatible with all kinds of non-commercial public leisure activities while satisfying the function of shopping and consumption. The coexistence of commercial and public features shows the great vitality and potential of commercial street public space. How to realize the win-win between commercial interests and public interests, improve the efficiency of urban space use, promote the diversity and sustainable development of urban space in the design of commercial streets is an important subject of urban design research. This paper takes the shopping street of Jiefanglu in Wuhan as a case study, takes the behavior and activity of people in public space as the starting point, and uses the phenomenological method to carry on the thorough research. First of all, the material environment of public space of Jiefang Road Commercial Street is studied from three aspects: macroscopic, meso and micro. Secondly, starting with the behavior and activities of people in public space, this paper studies the actual use state of public space of Jiefang Road under different groups and different times. Then, combining the former two cases, select two cases to carry on the detailed correlation analysis of time and space activities, find out the spatial and social factors that affect people's activities, and finally sum up the characteristics and problems of the public space of Jiefang Road Commercial Street. And the relevant urban design strategies and methods are put forward.
