【摘要】：社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與工業(yè)的發(fā)展有著密不可分的關(guān)系。伴隨著城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和后工業(yè)時(shí)代的來臨，，全球各個(gè)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)均進(jìn)行著翻天覆地的變化。發(fā)展中國家的傳統(tǒng)制造工業(yè)也逐漸從城市中心轉(zhuǎn)向城郊，因此在城市中留下許多存在諸多問題的工業(yè)廢棄地。這些地段普遍存在嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題，以及生態(tài)環(huán)境問題衍生的社會(huì)問題。基于對(duì)以上問題的關(guān)注，人們慢慢把目光投向了位于城市內(nèi)部的工業(yè)廢棄地的生態(tài)修復(fù)和更新再利用問題上。運(yùn)用恢復(fù)生態(tài)學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)等經(jīng)典生態(tài)學(xué)相關(guān)理論方法對(duì)城市工業(yè)廢棄地進(jìn)行改造再利用，對(duì)場(chǎng)地上由于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)被破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行修復(fù)，創(chuàng)造具有濃郁工業(yè)文化特色的后工業(yè)景觀，更重要的是使場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的工業(yè)歷史文脈得以延續(xù)。 以此社會(huì)現(xiàn)象為線索，本文通過對(duì)城市工業(yè)廢棄地的概念解讀，以及對(duì)國外城市工業(yè)廢棄地更新再利用的成功案例進(jìn)行綜合分析、比對(duì)、研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)其工業(yè)廢棄地改造的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)性的運(yùn)用，并且在尊重我國國情、立足我國國情和尊重自然法則的前提下總結(jié)并尋找出適合我國國情的城市工業(yè)廢棄地生態(tài)修復(fù)與景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)的方法。同時(shí)通過在校的課程學(xué)習(xí)和自學(xué)相關(guān)理論知識(shí)，總結(jié)和制定出城市工業(yè)廢棄地生態(tài)修復(fù)的方法和景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)框架。 論文最后將最終的研究成果運(yùn)用到我國現(xiàn)存的城市工業(yè)廢棄地——北京首鋼集團(tuán)石景山工業(yè)廢棄地的生態(tài)修復(fù)與景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)上，并且對(duì)其未來進(jìn)行科學(xué)性的展望，即檢測(cè)已獲研究成果的科學(xué)性和方案實(shí)施的可行性。從而以這片城市工業(yè)廢棄地的生態(tài)修復(fù)更新改造為案例，為中國目前眾多面臨城市工業(yè)廢棄地生態(tài)修復(fù)與景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)的區(qū)域提供一個(gè)科學(xué)的、可行的理論支撐和案例借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development of society and economy is closely related to the development of industry. With the adjustment of urban industrial structure and the coming of post-industrial era, the economic structure and industrial structure of every country in the world are undergoing earth-shaking changes. The traditional manufacturing industry in developing countries has gradually shifted from the urban center to the suburbs, leaving many industrial wasteland with many problems in the city. There are serious ecological environmental problems and social problems arising from ecological environmental problems in these areas. Based on the above concerns, people are slowly focusing on the problem of ecological restoration and renewal and reuse of industrial wasteland located in the city. The restoration ecology, landscape ecology and other classical ecological theories are used to reconstruct and reuse the industrial wasteland in the city, and to repair the ecological environment destroyed by the industrial production on the site. The creation of rich industrial cultural features of the post-industrial landscape, more importantly, the industrial history of the site to continue. Taking this social phenomenon as a clue, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the successful cases of renewal and reuse of urban industrial wasteland in foreign countries through the interpretation of the concept of urban industrial wasteland, on the basis of comparison and research. The experience and methods of the transformation of industrial wasteland have been applied in a summative way, and the conditions of our country have been respected. Based on the condition of our country and respecting the law of nature, this paper sums up and finds out the methods of ecological restoration and landscape regeneration design of the urban industrial wasteland suitable for the national conditions of our country. At the same time, the methods of ecological restoration of urban industrial wasteland and the technical framework of landscape regeneration design are summarized and worked out through the course study and self-study of relevant theoretical knowledge. Finally, the paper applies the final research results to the ecological restoration and landscape regeneration design of Shijingshan industrial wasteland of Beijing Shougang Group, which is the existing urban industrial wasteland in China, and makes a scientific outlook for its future. That is to examine the scientific nature of the research results and the feasibility of the implementation of the scheme. Thus, taking the ecological restoration and renovation of the urban industrial wasteland as a case study, it provides a scientific and feasible theoretical support and case study for many areas facing the ecological restoration and landscape regeneration design of the urban industrial wasteland in China.
