休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,休閑商業(yè)不斷地發(fā)展壯大,休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)也就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。作為與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、消費(fèi)需求相適應(yīng)的新興商業(yè)模式,休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)已經(jīng)成為了我國(guó)新興商業(yè)模式的重要組成部分。但與此同時(shí),國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)展與開發(fā)速度的不同步,導(dǎo)致許多項(xiàng)目在開發(fā)建設(shè)中缺乏指導(dǎo),因此本文選擇休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,通過相關(guān)理論的研究和實(shí)例的調(diào)研分析探討休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造的對(duì)策。 本文力圖借助建筑現(xiàn)象學(xué)、建筑心理學(xué)、行為建筑學(xué)、地域主義和城市RBD研究等理論、方法的輔佐,通過對(duì)場(chǎng)所特征的研究,從街區(qū)定位選址、空間形態(tài)研究、場(chǎng)所特色營(yíng)造等方面探討如何從規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計(jì)的角度對(duì)休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)進(jìn)行場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造。 第一章提出了論文的研究背景,分析了論文研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀、對(duì)象、意義、目的、內(nèi)容及研究方法等。 第二章從歷史的角度對(duì)城市商業(yè)模式的發(fā)展與變革進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的特質(zhì)和作用,并對(duì)我國(guó)休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)存在問題進(jìn)行了剖析。 第三章主要論述了場(chǎng)所理論的相關(guān)概念,,對(duì)場(chǎng)所理論和休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的結(jié)合進(jìn)行了分析和闡述,并提出了休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造的依托模式。同時(shí)也提出了高品質(zhì)休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的場(chǎng)所特征。 第四章就休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的策劃、定位、選址要求以及交通組織進(jìn)行詳盡闡述并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了適宜的原則理念。 第五章主要對(duì)休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,包括街區(qū)空間類型及組織、空間序列研究、空間界面設(shè)計(jì)以及多樣化的空間營(yíng)造策略。 第六章主要分析了休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的場(chǎng)所特色營(yíng)造,分別從街區(qū)的主題把控、功能業(yè)態(tài)統(tǒng)籌、環(huán)境設(shè)施的運(yùn)用和商業(yè)氛圍的營(yíng)造等方面探討使休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)富有場(chǎng)所特色的方式。 最后,結(jié)合以上章節(jié)的內(nèi)容,總結(jié)休閑商業(yè)街區(qū)的場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造策略,并提出在實(shí)際操作中需要注意的問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's standard of living, leisure commerce develops and expands constantly, and leisure commercial district emerges as the times require. As a new business model adapted to the economic development and consumption demand, leisure commercial district has become an important part of the new business model in China. But at the same time, the domestic related theory research progress and the development speed are not synchronized, resulting in many projects in the development and construction of the lack of guidance, so this paper selected leisure commercial blocks as the research object. Through the relevant theory research and the case investigation analysis discusses the leisure commercial district place construction countermeasure. With the help of the theories of phenomenology, architectural psychology, behavioral architecture, regionalism and urban RBD, this paper tries to help the study of location, spatial form, and so on. This paper discusses how to construct the leisure commercial district from the angle of planning and architectural design. In the first chapter, the background of the thesis is put forward, and the current situation, object, significance, purpose, content and research method of the research at home and abroad are analyzed. The second chapter expounds the development and reform of the urban commercial model from the historical point of view, analyzes the characteristics and functions of the leisure commercial district, and analyzes the existing problems of the leisure commercial district in our country. The third chapter mainly discusses the related concepts of the place theory, analyzes and expounds the combination of the place theory and the leisure commercial district, and puts forward the supporting mode of the place construction of the leisure commercial district. At the same time, it also puts forward the place characteristics of high-quality leisure commercial district. The fourth chapter elaborates the planning, positioning, location requirements and transportation organization of leisure commercial blocks in detail, and puts forward the appropriate principle idea on this basis. The fifth chapter mainly studies the space form of the leisure commercial block, including the space type and organization of the block, the spatial sequence research, the space interface design and the diversified space construction strategy. The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the place characteristic construction of the leisure commercial district, discusses the way of making the leisure commercial district rich with the place characteristic from the aspects of the district theme control, the function as a whole, the use of the environment facilities and the construction of the commercial atmosphere, etc. Finally, combined with the content of the above chapters, this paper summarizes the construction strategy of the leisure commercial district, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the practical operation.
