預應力混凝土管樁樁體上浮原因分析及處理措施

【摘要】:預應力混凝土管樁近年來在沿海地區(qū)得到廣泛的應用。在應用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)樁體上浮現(xiàn)象。通過工程實例,針對現(xiàn)場已挖好的土方、已完成的支護,采用靜壓機進行復打有一定的適用難度,因此決定采用錘擊機進行復打,結(jié)果顯示復打后的樁承載力及沉降均滿足規(guī)范要求。在樓層較高樁間距較密,且上層存在較厚飽和粘土層的情況下,使用預應力混凝土管樁尤其應該慎重,施工時應該采取合理的措施預防樁基上浮。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete pipe piles have been widely used in coastal areas in recent years. In the process of application, the phenomenon of pile floating is often found. Through the engineering example, for the earthwork already excavated and the finished support, it is difficult to use the static press to retake, so it is decided to use the hammering machine. The results show that the bearing capacity and settlement of the piles meet the requirements of the code. In the case of thick saturated clay layer in the upper layer, the use of prestressed concrete pipe pile should be cautious, and reasonable measures should be taken to prevent the pile foundation from floating.
