某在役高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造對結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響的分析研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady growth of China's GDP and the gradual improvement of the construction market, a lot of slow construction projects (uncompleted buildings) in large cities have also been restarted, so it is necessary to carry out inspection, appraisal and reconstruction and reinforcement of buildings. At present, the research on the whole analysis of the reinforcement and reconstruction of the structure is not perfect in the aspect of theoretical research. The overall analysis of reinforcement in the current code is not much mentioned. It is of great practical significance to study the whole analysis of reinforcement and reconstruction of existing high-rise buildings in this paper. On the basis of a brief description of the research and application of the methods of reinforcement and reconstruction of buildings, this paper introduces the concrete methods and steps of structural strengthening and reconstruction. Combining with the engineering example, the paper tests and appraises the case engineering, with the help of PKPM software and SAP2000 software, models and analyses the structure before reinforcement, and obtains the mechanical behavior and deformation of the structure before reinforcement. The possible overall performance changes after reinforcement are analyzed in detail, and the results before and after reinforcement are compared and analyzed to verify the safety and feasibility of the reinforcement and reconstruction method. On the basis of strengthening and reforming the structure, the whole structure under different earthquake conditions is analyzed, and the calculation results under different earthquake conditions are compared and analyzed. In this paper, the reinforcement and reconstruction of the structure is analyzed as a whole, which provides the theoretical basis for this research. The research and discussion of the related problems in this paper will provide some theoretical references for the reinforcement and reconstruction of similar structures in the future.
