火災后型鋼混凝土柱抗震性能試驗研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代社會,高層和超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)越來越多,建筑火災屢屢發(fā)生,其中不乏房屋局部或全部倒塌的重特大事故,人民的生命和財產(chǎn)安全受到越來越大的威脅。因此,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗火性能的研究顯得愈發(fā)的重要和嚴峻。隨著我國城市化水平越來越高,型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)由于其優(yōu)越的性能受到了越來越多的關(guān)注,也得到了越來越廣泛的應用。但是,由于推廣時間短,相比較于混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的學術(shù)研究較少,火災后型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的力學性能的研究就更加稀少了。因此,深入研究型鋼混凝土構(gòu)件的火災后的力學性能具有非常重大的意義和價值。 本文針對火災后型鋼混凝土柱抗震試驗研究,進行的主要研究內(nèi)容和成果包括以下幾個方面: 1、采用標準升溫曲線對型鋼混凝土柱進行了過火試驗,并選取了不同的受火時間,模擬不同的過火工況,對構(gòu)件的溫度場進行研究分析。 2、選取合理的型鋼和混凝土的熱工參數(shù),利用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS建立型鋼混凝土柱溫度場有限元模型,并與過火試驗得到的各個對應測點的溫度結(jié)果進行對比分析,驗證模型的有效性。 3、本文的重點在于,以型鋼混凝土柱過火試驗為基礎(chǔ),對八根型鋼混凝土柱進行抗震性能的試驗研究。試驗中了得到了構(gòu)件的滯回曲線和骨架曲線,研究了構(gòu)件在試驗過程中裂縫發(fā)展情況和最終破壞形態(tài)。同時分析了受火時間、軸壓比、含鋼率和有無栓釘?shù)纫蛩貙π弯摶炷林鶞厍、骨架曲線、延性、剛度退化規(guī)律、耗能能力等指標的影響規(guī)律,并為火災后型鋼混凝土柱抗震性能的有限元計算模型提供試驗驗證依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In modern society, there are more and more high-rise and super-high-rise building structures, building fires occur frequently, and there are some serious and serious accidents of partial or total collapse of buildings, and the safety of people's lives and property is threatened more and more. Therefore, the study of fire resistance of building structure becomes more and more important and severe. With the increasing level of urbanization in China, steel reinforced concrete structures have received more and more attention because of their superior performance, and have been more and more widely used. However, due to the short spreading time, compared with the concrete structure, there is less academic research on the steel reinforced concrete structure, and the research on the mechanical properties of the steel reinforced concrete structure after fire is more rare. Therefore, it is of great significance and value to study the mechanical properties of SRC members after fire. The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. The overfire test of SRC columns is carried out by using the standard heating curve. Different fire time was selected to simulate different overfire conditions, and the temperature field of members was studied and analyzed. 2. Reasonable thermal parameters of steel and concrete were selected. The finite element analysis software Abaqus is used to establish the finite element model of the temperature field of steel reinforced concrete columns, and the results are compared with the temperature results obtained from the overfire test to verify the validity of the model. Based on the overfire test of steel reinforced concrete columns, the seismic behavior of eight steel reinforced concrete columns was studied. The hysteretic curve and skeleton curve are obtained, and the crack development and ultimate failure pattern are studied. At the same time, the influences of fire time, axial compression ratio, steel content and stud on the hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, ductility, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of SRC columns are analyzed. It also provides experimental verification basis for the finite element model of seismic behavior of steel reinforced concrete columns after fire.
