【摘要】：中國傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)是集人類智慧、傳統(tǒng)文化、優(yōu)美自然風貌于一體的文化遺產(chǎn)類型,隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)在城市化的快速進程中面臨保護和發(fā)展的嚴峻間題,如何實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)涵的傳承,如何實現(xiàn)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)是傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)保護與更新的重要課題。本文以傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)外要素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性作為主要研究對象和切入點,構(gòu)建有機保護觀念,這不僅僅是探索傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)保護的基礎(chǔ)課題,也是傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性課題。有機性是傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系：從運轉(zhuǎn)模式來看,傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)是低碳、環(huán)保、低成本、循環(huán)式、自給自足的；從形態(tài)構(gòu)成來看,傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)可應(yīng)對氣候環(huán)境并體現(xiàn)建筑適應(yīng)性；從自然環(huán)境來看,傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)生于自然,發(fā)展于自然,村鎮(zhèn)和環(huán)境互為景觀、和諧共生。保護是傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的需要：從現(xiàn)狀來看,傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)在城市化發(fā)展中消亡的速度非常快；從價值來看,傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)擁有非常多的特色因素和文化價值。此外,發(fā)展是傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的必然：傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)是活的遺產(chǎn),有大量居民居住,人們對于人居環(huán)境的改善、經(jīng)濟形勢的復(fù)蘇具有強烈愿望。故而有機、保護、發(fā)展成為文章的關(guān)鍵詞。本文主要內(nèi)容是嘗試以關(guān)聯(lián)性為基礎(chǔ),將傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)保護與更新引入一個新的視角。文章首先對哲學領(lǐng)域的有機性及建筑學領(lǐng)域的有機建筑發(fā)展進行分析,為有機性保護做理論鋪墊；其次,通過對傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀進行大量調(diào)研,總結(jié)村鎮(zhèn)面臨的矛盾與問題,顯示傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)保護工作的急迫性,并對傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)保護策略的走向做出圈定,確立將“有機性”作為理論研究基礎(chǔ)；第三,分析中國傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的有機性本質(zhì)后,對傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的有機性保護建構(gòu)理論框架、技術(shù)原則,并指出了有機性保護理念的目標體系；文章最后對傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)的保護更新模式提出多元解決方案,并以大量案例對方案做出解讀,建構(gòu)有機性保護更新的框架體系。總體來說,本文是傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)保護與更新方法的新嘗試,為保護策略提供了新的視角和可行性研究。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional villages and towns are the cultural heritage types which are integrated with human wisdom, traditional culture and beautiful natural features. With the economic development, the traditional villages and towns are faced with the severe problems of protection and development in the rapid process of urbanization. How to realize the heritage of traditional villages and towns and how to achieve sustainable development is the protection and renewal of traditional villages and towns. This article takes the relationship between the traditional and external factors in the traditional villages and towns as the main research object and the starting point, and constructs the concept of organic protection. This is not only the basic subject of exploring the traditional village and town protection, but also the basic subject of the traditional village and town development. The organic nature is the inner connection of the traditional village and town: from the running mode, the tradition Villages and towns are low carbon, environmental protection, low cost, cycle type and self-sufficient. From the form of form, traditional villages and towns can cope with the climate environment and reflect architectural adaptability. From the natural environment, traditional villages and towns are produced in nature, development in nature, villages and the environment are landscapes and harmonious symbiosis. Protection is the need of traditional villages and towns: from the present situation, Traditional villages and towns in the development of urbanization are very fast. In value, the traditional villages and towns have very many characteristics and cultural values. In addition, the development is the necessity of traditional villages and towns: the traditional villages and towns are the living heritage, a large number of residents live, people have a strong desire for the improvement of the habitat and the recovery of the economic situation. The main content of this article is to try to introduce the protection and renewal of traditional villages and towns into a new perspective on the basis of relevance. The article first analyzes the organic nature of philosophy and the development of organic architecture in the field of architecture, and makes theoretical paving for organic protection; secondly, through the The traditional villages and towns present a lot of investigation and summary of the contradictions and problems faced by villages and towns, showing the urgency of the traditional village and town protection work, and delineating the trend of the traditional village and town protection strategy, and establishing the "organic" as the theoretical foundation. Third, after analyzing the organic nature of the traditional villages and towns in China, the organic nature of the traditional villages and towns is organic. Sexual protection constructs the theoretical framework, technical principles, and points out the objective system of the concept of organic protection. At the end of the article, the paper puts forward multiple solutions to the traditional village and town protection renewal mode, and interprets the scheme with a large number of cases and constructs the framework system of organic protection and renewal. In general, this paper is the traditional village and town protection and renewal. The new attempt of the method provides a new perspective and feasibility study for the protection strategy.
