智能供暖系統(tǒng)戶端溫度控制器的設(shè)計(jì)與研發(fā)

【摘要】:目前,中國北方冬季取暖仍以集中供暖為主,由于大多數(shù)地區(qū)家庭沒有安裝分戶熱量控制裝置,因而存在嚴(yán)重的熱量浪費(fèi)和不必要的資源消耗及過多的環(huán)境污染等附加效應(yīng)。針對這一現(xiàn)象,本文提出了一種應(yīng)用電熱型流量閥進(jìn)行流量調(diào)節(jié)的戶端溫度智能控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)理念,應(yīng)用智能供暖系統(tǒng)戶端溫度控制器解決北方專區(qū)冬季供暖時(shí)的熱量浪費(fèi)問題。使用本文所研發(fā)的戶端溫度控制器,用戶可自行根據(jù)需要設(shè)定家中溫度控制程序,不僅可保證居住環(huán)境溫度舒適,還能節(jié)省供熱熱量且針對本文戶端溫度智能控制系統(tǒng)專用的戶端溫度控制器測試系統(tǒng)可對控制器產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行出廠前的實(shí)際測試運(yùn)行和分析。 文章首先介紹了供暖溫度控制器發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹了智能供暖系統(tǒng)戶端溫度控制器工藝要求、基本構(gòu)成和功能;本文選定STC12C5A60S2單片機(jī)為控制器CPU,完成控制器串口模塊、時(shí)鐘模塊、存儲器模塊、溫度傳感器模塊、執(zhí)行器模塊的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì),采用2.4英寸TFT觸摸屏作為控制器的人機(jī)交互界面;根據(jù)控制器工藝要求,完成了主程序、串口通信程序、顯示存儲程序、觸摸按鍵程序、PID算法程序的軟件編寫。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)完成控制器PCB板的設(shè)計(jì)與產(chǎn)品樣機(jī)制作,并應(yīng)用力控組態(tài)軟件研發(fā)了戶端溫度智能控制器的測試系統(tǒng)。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室完成了控制器功能測試,.結(jié)果證明了控制器基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了工藝要求,PID控制算法在此系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用中具有準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:At present, central heating is still the main heating system in northern China in winter. Because the household heat control device is not installed in most areas, there are serious heat waste, unnecessary resource consumption and excessive environmental pollution. In view of this phenomenon, this paper puts forward a design concept of indoor temperature intelligent control system, which uses electric heat flow valve to adjust flow rate. The indoor temperature controller of intelligent heating system is used to solve the problem of heat waste in winter heating in northern region. Using the household temperature controller developed in this paper, the user can set up the home temperature control program according to the need, which can not only guarantee the comfortable living environment, It can also save heat and heat, and the test system of indoor temperature controller for the intelligent control system of household temperature can be used to test and analyze the controller products before they leave the factory. This paper first introduces the current situation of heating temperature controller, and then introduces the process requirements, basic structure and function of the intelligent heating system's indoor temperature controller, and selects STC12C5A60S2 as the controller CPU to complete the serial port module of the controller. The hardware circuit of clock module, memory module, temperature sensor module and actuator module is designed. The 2.4-inch TFT touch screen is used as the man-machine interface of the controller. Serial communication program, display storage program, touch key program pid algorithm software programming. On this basis, the PCB board of the controller and the prototype of the product are designed and completed, and the testing system of the intelligent controller is developed by using the force control configuration software. The controller function test was completed in the laboratory. The results show that the pid control algorithm is accurate in the application of this system.
