復(fù)合鹽浸-凍融-干濕多因素作用下的混凝土腐蝕破壞

【摘要】:通過復(fù)合鹽浸-凍融-干濕循環(huán)試驗,探析了混凝土的腐蝕破壞特征、質(zhì)量損失與動彈性模量衰減的規(guī)律,對破壞后混凝土內(nèi)部微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行電鏡掃描、EDX能譜分析與化學(xué)成分測定,進(jìn)而揭示混凝土腐蝕破壞的機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,在多種環(huán)境因素作用下,混凝土的質(zhì)量與動彈性模量的損失率均隨試驗循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加而呈上升趨勢;混凝土的腐蝕破壞以鹽類結(jié)晶膨脹作用為主,加之鹽類的化學(xué)侵蝕作用,混凝土的破壞更迅速、更嚴(yán)重。混凝土破壞是多種有害因素作用造成的損傷累積所致。
[Abstract]:The corrosion and failure characteristics, mass loss and dynamic modulus of elasticity of concrete were studied by the test of composite salt immersion, freeze-thaw and dry-wet cycle. The internal microstructure of damaged concrete was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and edX, and the chemical composition was determined, and the mechanism of concrete corrosion and failure was revealed. The results show that under the action of various environmental factors, the loss rate of concrete mass and dynamic modulus of elasticity increase with the increase of the number of test cycles, and the corrosion failure of concrete is mainly caused by the effect of salt crystallization expansion. Combined with the chemical erosion of salts, concrete damage is faster and more serious. Concrete failure is caused by the accumulation of damage caused by many harmful factors.
