靜鉆根植竹節(jié)樁在軟土地基中的應用及其承載力計算

【摘要】:靜鉆根植竹節(jié)樁具有承載性能好,技術含量高和環(huán)保等優(yōu)點,在中國東南沿海軟土地區(qū)的初步應用中,其相比灌注樁工程造價能減小10%左右,并且靜鉆根植工法的使用使得泥漿排放量大量減少。通過對竹節(jié)樁試樁數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在相同土層中,竹節(jié)樁的樁側摩阻力是灌注樁樁側摩阻力的1.05~1.10倍,而竹節(jié)樁樁端阻力的計算可以采用預制管樁樁端土極限承載力值乘以折減系數(shù)的方式。在對現(xiàn)場竹節(jié)樁試樁數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎上,結合日本關于竹節(jié)樁的相關文獻與規(guī)范,推導出一個竹節(jié)樁極限承載力的簡化計算公式。最后將提出的竹節(jié)樁極限承載力計算公式對2個工程中竹節(jié)樁試樁的極限承載力進行計算,并與實測結果相比較發(fā)現(xiàn),計算所得承載力極限值與現(xiàn)場實測值相接近,該竹節(jié)樁承載力計算公式對實際工程有一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:Static drilling root planting bamboo section pile has the advantages of good bearing capacity, high technology content and environmental protection. In the initial application of this pile in the soft soil area along the southeast coast of China, its construction cost can be reduced by about 10% compared with that of the cast-in-place pile project. And the use of static drilling and root-planting method to reduce the amount of mud emissions. Through the analysis of the pile test data, it is found that in the same soil layer, the pile side friction of the bamboo section pile is 1.05or 1.10 times that of the cast-in-place pile. The ultimate bearing capacity of prefabricated pipe piles can be calculated by multiplying the reduction coefficient. On the basis of the analysis of the field test pile data, a simplified formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the slub pile is derived in combination with the relevant documents and specifications of Japan. Finally, the calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity of slub pile is put forward to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of the test pile in two projects, and compared with the measured results, it is found that the calculated ultimate value of bearing capacity is close to the field measured value. The calculation formula of bearing capacity of slub pile is helpful to practical engineering.
