UHPFRC-RC疊合板抗彎性能研究

【摘要】:超高性能纖維混凝土(ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete,英文簡(jiǎn)寫:UHPFRC),其強(qiáng)度、耐久性及韌性等性能較高性能混凝土均大為提高。UHPFRC的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論及其應(yīng)用方式已成為全球結(jié)構(gòu)工程界研究的重要方向。UHPFRC的高性能為實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有疊合板的輕質(zhì)瘦身提供了可能。本文開(kāi)展了 UHPFRC-RC (普通鋼筋混凝土)疊合板的抗彎性能研究。本文采用數(shù)值模擬和結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)的方法,研究了無(wú)筋UHPFRC-RC疊合板預(yù)制底板的抗彎性能。其試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與數(shù)值分析結(jié)果相互印證,驗(yàn)證了 UHPFRC底板數(shù)值分析模型的適用性。又通過(guò)理論推導(dǎo)和數(shù)值模擬的方法,分析了配筋UHPFRC-RC疊合板的抗彎性能。理論推導(dǎo)和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果相互印證,驗(yàn)證了配筋UHPFRC-RC疊合板數(shù)值分析模型的適用性。用數(shù)值分析的方法,論證了 UHPFRC-RC疊合橋面板完全可以承擔(dān)各施工階段的荷載。其最大的特點(diǎn)是:作為永久模板的底板,其抗裂性好。
[Abstract]:Ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete), its strength, The structural design theory of UHPFRC and its application methods have become an important research direction in the field of global structural engineering. The high performance of UHPFRC provides the possibility for the realization of lightweight slimming of existing laminated panels. The flexural behavior of UHPFRC-RC (ordinary reinforced concrete) composite slab is studied in this paper. In this paper, numerical simulation and structural test are used to study the flexural behavior of prefabricated bottom plate of unstiffened UHPFRC-RC composite plate. The results of test and numerical analysis verify the applicability of UHPFRC bottom plate numerical analysis model. The flexural behavior of reinforced UHPFRC-RC composite plate is analyzed by theoretical derivation and numerical simulation. The theoretical derivation and numerical simulation results verify the applicability of the numerical analysis model of reinforced UHPFRC-RC composite plate. By means of numerical analysis, it is proved that the UHPFRC-RC composite deck slabs can bear the loads in every construction stage. Its biggest characteristic is: as a permanent template, its crack resistance is good.
