深大基坑處理技術(shù)在城市建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以中國國際貿(mào)易中心三期B階段基坑工程為背景,針對深大基坑處理技術(shù)面臨的相鄰建筑物距離近、開挖深度大、建設(shè)施工環(huán)境惡劣、場區(qū)水文地質(zhì)條件差、開挖受土體失穩(wěn)變形、滲流共同作用的復(fù)雜問題,深入分析了深大基坑處理技術(shù)在城市建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用。通過深大基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型的建立,得出不同開挖深度基坑的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)變形、土壓力計(jì)算結(jié)果,為選擇合適的基坑邊坡支護(hù)形式提供依據(jù)。采用極限平衡法對基坑及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性研究,計(jì)算其穩(wěn)定系數(shù),通過使用變位分析對支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的變形和內(nèi)力進(jìn)行計(jì)算,對設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行研究,并根據(jù)研究結(jié)果對設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化。針對現(xiàn)場實(shí)際的基坑滲流問題對基坑影響的研究,采用“止水帷幕+基坑內(nèi)降水”、“超高壓樁間旋噴水泥漿+護(hù)坡樁”和在基坑外側(cè)對變形比較敏感的區(qū)域設(shè)置觀測井的處理方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)全封閉止水帷幕切斷坑內(nèi)外水力聯(lián)系、實(shí)現(xiàn)基坑內(nèi)潛水與第一層承壓水的有效降排和水位的定期觀測。在原有建筑護(hù)坡樁上進(jìn)行鋼筋應(yīng)力監(jiān)測、錨桿拉力監(jiān)測、護(hù)坡樁斜側(cè)觀測、護(hù)坡樁定位移觀測、地下水位變化觀測,設(shè)立預(yù)警系統(tǒng),確保止水帷幕完整和臨近建筑物的安全。
[Abstract]:Based on the third stage B foundation pit project of the China International Trade Center, the adjacent buildings are close, the excavation depth is large, the construction environment is bad, and the hydrogeological conditions in the field area are poor, which is faced by the treatment technology of deep and large foundation pit. The application of deep and large foundation pit treatment technology in urban construction is deeply analyzed. Through the establishment of the analysis model of the retaining structure of deep and large foundation pit, the deformation of the retaining structure and the calculation result of earth pressure of the foundation pit with different excavation depth are obtained, which provides the basis for selecting the appropriate supporting form of the slope of the foundation pit. The stability of foundation pit and supporting structure is studied by limit equilibrium method, and the stability coefficient is calculated. The deformation and internal force of supporting structure are calculated by displacement analysis, and the design parameters are studied. According to the research results, the design is adjusted and optimized. In view of the study on the influence of the seepage problem on the foundation pit, the "dewatering in the pit of the waterproof curtain" is adopted. "Super-high pressure pile with rotary grouting cement slurry for slope protection" and the treatment method of setting observation wells in the areas outside the foundation pit that are sensitive to deformation can realize the complete sealing curtain to cut off the hydraulic connection inside and outside the pit. The submersible in foundation pit and the effective discharge of the first confined water and the regular observation of the water level are realized. The reinforcement stress monitoring, anchor tension monitoring, slope protection pile slope observation, slope protection pile location and displacement observation, groundwater level change observation, setting up early warning system are carried out on the original building slope protection pile to ensure the integrity of the waterproof curtain and the safety of the adjacent buildings.
