【摘要】：福州海峽奧林匹克體育中心體育館外圍由約13000m2的U形聚碳酸酯陽光百葉裝飾板組成,整體呈圓弧狀,裝飾板骨架焊接難度大、高度高、角度變化多,測量定位復(fù)雜,面板布局設(shè)計(jì)直接影響整體的外部效果,施工難度大,針對上述施工難點(diǎn),本文通過"雙優(yōu)化"活動形式,形成了一套關(guān)于U形聚碳酸酯陽光百葉裝飾板測量定位、骨架焊接、轉(zhuǎn)接件優(yōu)化、面板安裝等完整的施工工藝。
[Abstract]:The periphery of Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium is composed of a U-shaped polycarbonate sunshine shutter decorative board about 13000m2. The whole board is arc shaped. The frame of the decorative board is difficult to weld, high in height, with many angle changes, and the measurement and positioning are complicated. The panel layout design directly affects the external effect of the whole, and the construction is very difficult. In view of the above construction difficulties, through the "double optimization" activity form, this paper forms a set of measuring and positioning of U-shaped polycarbonate solar shutter decorative board, skeleton welding, Transfer parts optimization, panel installation and other complete construction technology.
