深基坑開(kāi)挖對(duì)近距離建筑的安全影響研究

【摘要】:隨著城市的發(fā)展,深基坑開(kāi)挖對(duì)周邊環(huán)境的影響日益受到重視,如何有效控制基坑自身變形和對(duì)周邊建筑的影響,使基坑工程既安全又經(jīng)濟(jì),是人們一直探索的課題。 本文以長(zhǎng)沙市某隧道匝道基坑工程背景,結(jié)合施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際水文地質(zhì)、工程地質(zhì)、巖土層物理力學(xué)參數(shù)等實(shí)地情況,對(duì)基坑開(kāi)挖導(dǎo)致鄰近建筑物受到開(kāi)挖擾動(dòng)影響進(jìn)行了分析研究,研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)首先對(duì)深基坑工程變形理論做了整理分析,對(duì)需要研究的匝道基坑及周?chē)R近建筑的情況進(jìn)行了綜合分析,為數(shù)值模擬研究提供依據(jù)。 (2)綜合闡述了工程施工過(guò)程中,針對(duì)施工過(guò)程中的基坑以及鄰近基坑建筑物所進(jìn)行的安全監(jiān)測(cè)工作。通過(guò)參與工程監(jiān)測(cè),整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析工程監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),初步得出鄰近建筑物受到基坑開(kāi)挖影響的規(guī)律,并提出了針對(duì)鄰近基坑建筑物的保護(hù)措施。 (3)通過(guò)采用FLAC3D數(shù)值分析方法,對(duì)基坑及周邊建筑進(jìn)行虛擬建模,選取不同的土體加固進(jìn)行模擬分析,并通過(guò)相互比較,得出土體加固措施在提高鄰近基坑的建筑物安全性方面所起到的作用。 (4)基于理論研究和模擬分析的結(jié)論,采用基于融合權(quán)重的理想點(diǎn)法,構(gòu)建建筑物安全評(píng)價(jià)模型。新的模型綜合考慮了建筑物位移變形狀態(tài)、基坑與建筑之間土體的擾動(dòng)程度和建筑物地基的抗擾動(dòng)能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of city, more and more attention has been paid to the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on the surrounding environment. How to effectively control the deformation of the foundation pit and the influence on the surrounding buildings to make the foundation pit project safe and economical is a subject that people have been exploring all the time. In this paper, based on the engineering background of a tunnel ramp foundation pit in Changsha City, combined with the actual hydrogeology, engineering geology, physical and mechanical parameters of rock and soil layer and so on, The influence of excavation disturbance on adjacent buildings caused by foundation pit excavation is analyzed. The research contents are as follows: (1) the deformation theory of deep foundation pit engineering is analyzed firstly. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the conditions of the ramp foundation pit and adjacent buildings which need to be studied, which provides the basis for the numerical simulation study. (2) the construction process of the project is comprehensively expounded. The safety monitoring work is carried out for the foundation pit and adjacent foundation pit buildings during the construction process. By taking part in engineering monitoring, collation, statistics and analysis of engineering monitoring data, the law that adjacent buildings are affected by excavation of foundation pit is preliminarily obtained. The protection measures for adjacent foundation pit buildings are put forward. (3) by using FLAC3D numerical analysis method, virtual modeling of foundation pit and surrounding buildings is carried out, and different soil reinforcement is selected to simulate and analyze each other. The effect of soil reinforcement on building safety of adjacent foundation pit is obtained. (4) based on the conclusion of theoretical research and simulation analysis, an ideal point method based on fusion weight is adopted to construct a building safety evaluation model. The new model takes into account the displacement and deformation of the building, the disturbance degree of soil between foundation pit and building and the anti-disturbance ability of building foundation.
