【摘要】：大部分歷史文化街區(qū)在其建造和發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,城市的交通模式尚以步行和馬車等慢行交通為主。而交通模式對(duì)城市的空間形態(tài)的塑造起到了關(guān)鍵性作用,因此,歷史文化街區(qū)多是以適宜步行的地塊尺度和空間形態(tài)為主。五大道歷史文化街區(qū)是形成于原天津近代英租界的高檔住宅區(qū),素有“萬(wàn)國(guó)建筑博覽苑”之稱。在2010年被評(píng)為“中國(guó)歷史文化名街”,2011年被列為歷史文化街區(qū)。但隨著機(jī)動(dòng)化交通的快速發(fā)展,位于天津市中心的五大道的機(jī)動(dòng)交通保有量和通過(guò)量都大大增加。日益擁擠的機(jī)動(dòng)交通量不僅對(duì)歷史街區(qū)中的單體建筑和街區(qū)格局的保護(hù)和發(fā)展不利,更破壞了街區(qū)原有的宜人空間環(huán)境。步行作為城市交通的主要方式之一,不僅有助于身心健康和社會(huì)平等,也有利于城市環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。不僅如此,注重影響歷史街區(qū)形成的交通方式,優(yōu)化歷史街區(qū)的步行環(huán)境、恢復(fù)其原有的步行行為,無(wú)疑對(duì)歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)和發(fā)展有著長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的影響。本文首先對(duì)歷史文化街區(qū)步行環(huán)境的相關(guān)概念做了闡述,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)歷史街區(qū)和步行環(huán)境的已有成果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的梳理,尤其關(guān)注了國(guó)外近年來(lái)在步行環(huán)境方面的研究成果,如加州大學(xué)伯克利分校的邁克爾·索斯沃斯教授提出的成功步行網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和另一些美國(guó)研究者提出的步行指數(shù)的概念。接下來(lái)從歷史文化街區(qū)步行環(huán)境的構(gòu)成要素、社會(huì)功能、步行者行為特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)化原則等方面做了基礎(chǔ)性的研究工作。在上述工作的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)天津五大道歷史文化街區(qū)的步行環(huán)境進(jìn)行了較為深入的實(shí)地調(diào)研,結(jié)合調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)并借鑒邁克爾·索斯沃斯教授的步行網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在路網(wǎng)連通性、交通聯(lián)系模式、土地利用模式、路徑質(zhì)量和安全性等方面對(duì)現(xiàn)狀加以評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)五大道地區(qū)進(jìn)行了步行指數(shù)的測(cè)算,進(jìn)而分析了影響現(xiàn)狀步行環(huán)境的因素其產(chǎn)生的原因。最后,基于對(duì)現(xiàn)狀中的問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生原因的分析,以及恢復(fù)和鼓勵(lì)五大道歷史街區(qū)步行行為的目標(biāo),提出了具有針對(duì)性的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:In the process of construction and development of most historical and cultural districts, the traffic mode of the city is mainly walking and carriage. The traffic mode plays a key role in shaping the spatial form of the city, therefore, the historical and cultural blocks are mostly based on the scale and spatial form of the land that is suitable for walking. The historical and cultural district of Wudaodao is formed in the upscale residential area of the former Tianjin modern British concession, known as the "World Architecture Expo Garden". In 2010, it was named "famous Street of Chinese History and Culture", and in 2011 it was listed as Historical and Cultural District. However, with the rapid development of motorized traffic, the number and throughput of motorized traffic on the five main roads in the center of Tianjin have increased greatly. The increasingly crowded traffic volume is not only unfavorable to the protection and development of individual buildings and block patterns in historic blocks, but also destroys the original pleasant space environment of the blocks. As one of the main ways of urban transportation, walking is not only conducive to physical and mental health and social equality, but also conducive to the sustainable development of urban environment. Moreover, it has a long-term impact on the protection and development of historic blocks, focusing on the traffic mode formed by historical blocks, optimizing the walking environment of historical blocks, and restoring their original walking behavior. In this paper, the related concepts of walking environment in historical and cultural blocks are expounded, and the existing achievements of historical blocks and walking environment at home and abroad are systematically combed. Special attention has been paid to the research achievements in the field of walking environment abroad in recent years, such as the successful walking network design standard proposed by Professor Michael Sawsworth of the University of California, Berkeley, and the concept of walking index put forward by other American researchers. Then the basic research work is done from the elements of walking environment, social function, pedestrian behavior characteristics, optimization principles and so on. On the basis of the above work, this paper makes a deep investigation on the walking environment of the historic and cultural district of the Fifth Avenue in Tianjin, combines the survey data and draws lessons from Professor Michael Sawsworth's walking network design standard. The road network connectivity, traffic connection model, land use model, path quality and safety are evaluated, and the walking index of the five major roads is calculated. Then it analyzes the factors that affect the current walking environment. Finally, based on the analysis of the problems in the present situation and their causes, as well as the goal of restoring and encouraging the walking behavior of the five historic blocks, a targeted optimization strategy is put forward.
