陶瓷板曝氣-活性無煙煤濾池的生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在5 000 m~3/d規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)性運(yùn)行條件下,通過對(duì)微納米陶瓷板曝氣-活性無煙煤濾池與砂濾池在非排澇期和排澇期的運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明:非排澇期微納米陶瓷板曝氣-活性無煙煤濾池相比砂濾池,對(duì)臭和味、濁度、氨氮、有機(jī)物和消毒副產(chǎn)物的去除效果明顯增加;排澇期改造后的濾池相比砂濾池,臭和味明顯減弱,基本察覺不到臭和味,濾池改造后并不影響濁度的去除效果,濾后水平均濁度維持在0.5 NTU左右,對(duì)氨氮的去除率提高30%以上,對(duì)有機(jī)物的去除率提高約20%,三鹵甲烷生成勢(shì)降低約16%。非排澇期時(shí)改造濾池與普通石英砂濾池運(yùn)行工況基本一致,無需啟動(dòng)微納米曝氣系統(tǒng),不增加運(yùn)行成本;排澇期時(shí)啟動(dòng)微納米陶瓷板曝氣系統(tǒng),增加的水廠運(yùn)行成本不高于0.1元/m3,運(yùn)行效果良好,顯著提升出水水質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Under the productive operation condition of 5 000 mm3 / d scale, the effects of aeration with active anthracite filter and sand filter on non drainage and waterlogging stage were compared by means of micro nano ceramic plate aeration and active anthracite filter. The results showed that the removal efficiency of odor, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, organic matter and disinfection by-products was obviously increased compared with sand filter, and the effect of modified filter after waterlogging period was higher than that of sand filter, the results showed that compared with sand filter, the removal of odor, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, organic matter and disinfection by-products was obviously increased in the micro-nano ceramic plate aeration-activated anthracite filter in non-drainage period. The odor and taste were obviously weakened, the odor and taste could not be detected, the removal efficiency of turbidity was not affected after the modification of filter, the average turbidity after filtration was maintained at about 0.5 NTU, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was increased by more than 30%. The removal rate of organic matter was increased by about 20%, and the formation potential of trihalomethane was decreased by about 16%. The operation condition of the modified filter is basically the same as that of the ordinary quartz sand filter during the non-drainage period, and the micro-nano aeration system does not need to be started, and the running cost is not increased; during the waterlogging period, the micro-nano ceramic plate aeration system is started. The increased operation cost of the water plant is no more than 0.1 yuan / m ~ (3), the operation effect is good, and the effluent quality is improved significantly.
