【摘要】：由于城市新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)過(guò)程中的快速性、片面性等,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)現(xiàn)今的城市新區(qū)出現(xiàn)了一系列問(wèn)題,如新區(qū)邊界無(wú)序蔓延、土地利用效率低、產(chǎn)業(yè)配置不合理、人居環(huán)境差等。為了解決城市新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的這些問(wèn)題,本文將低沖擊開(kāi)發(fā)理念引入其中。低沖擊作為以對(duì)資源環(huán)境低影響為基本原則的開(kāi)發(fā)理念,可以對(duì)城市新區(qū)的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)予以調(diào)控和引導(dǎo),以實(shí)現(xiàn)城市新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)與資源環(huán)境保護(hù)的平衡。文章旨在以低沖擊的角度為城市新區(qū)提供開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)的新路徑,減少對(duì)資源環(huán)境的沖擊與破壞,建立可持續(xù)的發(fā)展方式。 文章通過(guò)四大部分對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討。第一部分為緒論部分,主要是對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究對(duì)象以及研究方法進(jìn)行介紹；第二部分為第二章,通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外理論以及實(shí)踐的研究綜述,對(duì)比得出我國(guó)城市新區(qū)建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,即本文所要研究和期望解決的問(wèn)題；第三部分為第三章和第四章,以低沖擊開(kāi)發(fā)理念為出發(fā)點(diǎn)提出了解決城市新區(qū)存在問(wèn)題的一系列策略,并且通過(guò)低沖擊開(kāi)發(fā)理念在深圳光明新區(qū)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用對(duì)提出的解決策略進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。第四部分為結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處,并指出下一步的研究問(wèn)題及方向。 作為低沖擊開(kāi)發(fā)理念在城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域拓展的初步探索,論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有以下三個(gè)方面：對(duì)低沖擊開(kāi)發(fā)理念在城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的概念進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步深化；將低沖擊開(kāi)發(fā)理念引入城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行探索,為我國(guó)未來(lái)城市的發(fā)展尋求新的視角；對(duì)城市新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一系列問(wèn)題,以低沖擊為視角提出針對(duì)性的解決策略。
[Abstract]:Because of the speed and one-sidedness in the development and construction of the new urban districts, a series of problems have appeared in the new urban areas of our country, such as the sprawl of the boundary of the new areas, the low efficiency of land use, the unreasonable industrial allocation, the poor living environment and so on. In order to solve these problems in the development and construction of new urban districts, this paper introduces the concept of low impact development. As a development concept based on the principle of low impact on resources and environment, low impact can regulate and guide the development and construction of new urban areas, so as to achieve the balance between the development and construction of urban new areas and the protection of resources and environment. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new way for the development and construction of the new urban area from the angle of low impact, to reduce the impact and damage to the resources and environment, and to establish a sustainable development mode. This paper discusses the problem through four parts. The first part is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background, the research purpose and the significance, the research object and the research method; the second part is the second chapter, through the domestic and foreign theory and the practice research summary, The author compares the problems in the construction of new urban areas in China, that is, the problems to be studied and expected to be solved in this paper; the third part is the third and fourth chapters. Based on the concept of low impact development, a series of strategies are put forward to solve the problems existing in the new urban area, and an example is given to verify the application of the concept of low impact development in the planning of Shenzhen Guangming New District. The fourth part is the conclusion part, summarizes the main content, innovation and deficiency of this paper, and points out the next research problem and direction. As a preliminary exploration of the development concept of low impact development in the field of urban planning, the innovation of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects: further deepening the concept of low impact development in the field of urban planning; The concept of low-impact development is introduced into the field of urban planning to seek a new perspective for the future development of cities in China, and a series of problems in the process of development and construction of new urban areas are discussed.
