【摘要】：創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為知識(shí)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，能夠緩解傳統(tǒng)城市更新中城市產(chǎn)業(yè)空心化和城市文脈斷裂的問(wèn)題，為城市發(fā)展提供新的契機(jī)。我國(guó)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)近幾年興起并迅速發(fā)展，其中成功案例有許多與城市傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)更新相關(guān)聯(lián)。本文試圖從創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的視角，在實(shí)證分析、理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，來(lái)探討創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向下的傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)更新的空間方式。為傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)生活品質(zhì)的提升、城市文化的發(fā)掘以及傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)提供合理的決策依據(jù)與建設(shè)指導(dǎo)。論文主要從以下三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行論述： 第一個(gè)層面（第一、二章節(jié)），在創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)概念辨析的基礎(chǔ)上，梳理出創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向下城市再生理念的內(nèi)涵，即傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)特色的挖掘與優(yōu)化，將產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化作為發(fā)展街區(qū)文化軟實(shí)力的主要手段。 第二個(gè)層面（第三章節(jié)），詳細(xì)論述了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向?qū)鹘y(tǒng)街區(qū)更新的三個(gè)層面的作用。一是激發(fā)街區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的持續(xù)力；二是引領(lǐng)街區(qū)傳統(tǒng)生活模式與時(shí)尚生活方式的融合；三是對(duì)街區(qū)傳統(tǒng)空間樣態(tài)（本源空間類型）的發(fā)掘與延續(xù)，強(qiáng)調(diào)了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)街區(qū)空間特色的有效激發(fā)。 第三個(gè)層面（第四章節(jié)），討論了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)更新契合的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化、空間整合、城市生態(tài)三個(gè)基本原則，在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)典型案例及設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例的分析，，闡明了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向下傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)更新的三種空間構(gòu)形方式，即街區(qū)空間肌理延續(xù)方式、街區(qū)空間功能轉(zhuǎn)換方式、傳統(tǒng)空間意象方式三種類型。
[Abstract]:As a knowledge-intensive industry, creative industry can alleviate the problems of urban industrial hollowing and urban context breaking in the renewal of traditional cities, and provide a new opportunity for urban development. In recent years, creative industries in China have risen and developed rapidly, among which many successful cases are related to the renewal of urban traditional blocks. From the perspective of creative industry, based on empirical analysis and theoretical research, this paper attempts to explore the spatial mode of renewal of traditional blocks under the direction of creative industry. It provides reasonable decision-making basis and construction guidance for the improvement of the quality of life of the traditional district, the excavation of the urban culture and the growth of the economy of the traditional district. This paper mainly discusses the following three aspects: the first level (chapter one, chapter two), on the basis of the analysis of the concept of creative industry, sort out the connotation of the concept of urban regeneration under the direction of creative industry. That is, the mining and optimization of the industrial characteristics of the traditional block, the industrial optimization as the main means to develop the soft power of the district culture. The second level (the third chapter), discusses the role of creative industry orientation to the renewal of traditional blocks in detail. The first is to stimulate the sustainability of the economic growth of the block; the second is to lead the integration of the traditional lifestyle of the block with the fashion lifestyle; and the third is to explore and continue the traditional spatial pattern of the block (the original space type). It emphasizes the effective stimulation of the creative industry to the space characteristic of the block. The third level (chapter 4) discusses the three basic principles of industrial optimization, spatial integration and urban ecology, which are consistent with the renewal of traditional blocks. On this basis, through the analysis of typical cases and design examples, This paper expounds three types of spatial configuration of the renewal of traditional blocks under the direction of creative industry, that is, the continuation of block space texture, the transformation of block space function, and the traditional space image.
