疏水性水泥混凝土試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:防水是提高混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的重要措施,甚至是根本措施?梢哉f,防水是混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的永恒研究主題,這是因?yàn)榛炷两Y(jié)構(gòu)的防水性能基本上決定了其耐久性能。因此,本文主要針對(duì)混凝土的防水性能,針對(duì)疏水性水泥混凝土,開展了疏水性水泥混凝土相關(guān)組分調(diào)研分析,進(jìn)行了疏水性水泥混凝土的工作性能和物理力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)、體積穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)和耐久性試驗(yàn),優(yōu)選出了適用于水泥混凝土的疏水性材料,并提出了基于疏水性能的水泥混凝土配合比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法與制備技術(shù)。在不降低水泥混凝土各項(xiàng)物理力學(xué)性能的前提下,從本質(zhì)上改變或部分降低了水泥混凝土的親水性能,從根本上改善了水泥混凝土品質(zhì),提高了混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性能,如吸水率降低20%~40%、非穩(wěn)態(tài)氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)低于4×10-12m2/s。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)從材料性質(zhì)及其與水泥混凝土的作用機(jī)理、以及環(huán)保性能要求等角度,首先優(yōu)選出了可應(yīng)用于水泥混凝土的聚合物材料;(2)分別對(duì)強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為C40、C50和C60混凝土,對(duì)不同疏水材料分別進(jìn)行了配合比試驗(yàn),并通過混凝土的工作性能、物理力學(xué)性能和體積穩(wěn)定性能作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),以確定材料品種與合理的摻加技術(shù);(3)根據(jù)疏水性要求和混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)所處環(huán)境及耐久性要求,研究滿足疏水性水泥混凝土性能的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)并。
[Abstract]:Waterproofing is an important measure to improve the durability of concrete structure, even a fundamental measure. It can be said that waterproofing is the eternal research subject of concrete structure durability, which is because the waterproofing performance of concrete structure basically determines its durability. Therefore, this paper mainly aimed at the waterproofing performance of concrete, aimed at hydrophobic cement concrete, carried out the investigation and analysis of the relative components of hydrophobic cement concrete, and carried out the work performance and physical and mechanical performance test of hydrophobic cement concrete. The hydrophobic material suitable for cement concrete was selected by volume stability test and durability test, and the optimum design method and preparation technology of cement concrete mixture ratio based on hydrophobic property were put forward. On the premise of not reducing the physical and mechanical properties of cement concrete, the hydrophilicity of cement concrete is changed or partially reduced in essence, the quality of cement concrete is improved fundamentally, and the durability of concrete structure is improved. If the water absorption is reduced by 20% and 40%, the diffusion coefficient of unsteady chlorine ions is less than 4 脳 10 ~ (-12) m ~ (2 / s). The specific contents of the study are as follows: (1) from the point of view of material properties and the mechanism of interaction with cement concrete, and the requirements of environmental protection, the polymer materials that can be applied to cement concrete are selected first. (2) the strength grades are C40 C _ 50 and C _ 60 concrete, respectively. The mixture ratio tests of different hydrophobic materials were carried out, and the performance of concrete, physical and mechanical properties and volume stability were used as evaluation indexes. (3) according to the requirements of hydrophobicity and the environment and durability of concrete structure, the design index of hydrophobic cement concrete performance is studied.
