基于解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型的影響建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的因素研究

【摘要】:能源危機與環(huán)境污染是現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展面臨的巨大挑戰(zhàn),節(jié)能減排成為全球關(guān)注的焦點。建筑與工業(yè)、交通并列為社會能源消耗的三大領(lǐng)域,也是溫室氣體排放的重要來源之一。現(xiàn)階段,我國建筑能耗占社會總能耗的比例已超過30%,建筑領(lǐng)域排放的溫室氣體占總排放量的1/4,開展建筑節(jié)能對于節(jié)能減排的推動具有重要意義。我國對建筑節(jié)能高度重視,采取了一系列措施,但建筑能耗仍呈剛性增長態(tài)勢,建筑節(jié)能進(jìn)展緩慢,發(fā)展中存在大量問題與困難,這是由于眾多的原因所導(dǎo)致,找到關(guān)鍵原因,,對于推動建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展具有重要意義。 妨礙建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的因素眾多,因素間存在錯綜復(fù)雜的關(guān)系。本文以影響建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的因素為研究對象,通過定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合,現(xiàn)狀分析與趨勢分析相結(jié)合,從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。首先,通過分析我國建筑能耗現(xiàn)狀與特點,以及六項建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,基于文獻(xiàn)綜述總結(jié)以及專家咨詢,列出影響建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的因素清單。其次,分析影響建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的因素之間的相互影響關(guān)系,構(gòu)建關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣;并基于解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型,理順影響因素之間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系,繪制從下至上的5級遞階結(jié)構(gòu)圖,將影響因素分為表層因素、中層因素與深層因素3個部分,指出政策法規(guī)體系不完善、市場機制不健全、節(jié)能意識有待提高三個因素是影響建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的深層因素。第三,根據(jù)深層因素的不同變化趨勢設(shè)置基準(zhǔn)情景、節(jié)能情景與受挫情景三個情景,對2020年建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展進(jìn)行情景分析,以建筑能耗總量和CO2排放量為評價指標(biāo),衡量關(guān)鍵因素的變化對建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展的影響程度。結(jié)果指出在2020年節(jié)能情景與基準(zhǔn)情景相比節(jié)約2.4億噸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤,CO2排放量下降19%。說明針對關(guān)鍵因素采取有效措施能有效降低建筑能耗與CO2排放量,對建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展具有積極作用。最后,根據(jù)政策法規(guī)、市場機制、節(jié)能意識的現(xiàn)狀,從這三個方面提出發(fā)展建議,為相關(guān)節(jié)能措施的制定提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Energy crisis and environmental pollution are great challenges to the development of modern society. Energy saving and emission reduction become the focus of global attention. Construction, industry and transportation are the three fields of social energy consumption, and also one of the important sources of greenhouse gas emissions. At present, the proportion of building energy consumption to total energy consumption in our country has exceeded 30%, and the greenhouse gas emissions from the construction field account for 1 / 4 of the total emissions. It is of great significance to promote energy saving and emission reduction by building energy saving. Our country attaches great importance to building energy conservation, and has taken a series of measures, but the building energy consumption is still showing a rigid growth trend, building energy conservation progress is slow, there are a lot of problems and difficulties in the development, this is caused by many reasons, find the key reasons. It is of great significance to promote the development of building energy conservation. There are many factors hindering the development of building energy conservation, and there are intricate relationships among them. This paper takes the factors that affect the development of building energy conservation as the research object, through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, current situation analysis and trend analysis, carries on the related research from the following several aspects. Firstly, by analyzing the current situation and characteristics of building energy consumption in China, and the main problems in the development of building energy conservation, based on the summary of literature and expert consultation, this paper lists the factors that affect the development of building energy conservation. Secondly, the paper analyzes the mutual influence of the factors influencing the development of building energy conservation, constructs the correlation matrix, and draws the hierarchical structure diagram of five levels from the bottom to the top, based on explaining the structural model and straightening out the structural relationship among the influencing factors. The influencing factors are divided into three parts: surface factor, middle factor and deep factor. It is pointed out that imperfect policy and regulation system, imperfect market mechanism and energy saving consciousness are the deep factors affecting the development of building energy conservation. Thirdly, according to the different trends of deep factors, setting up benchmark scenario, energy-saving scenario and frustration scenario, the paper analyzes the development of building energy conservation in 2020, taking the total building energy consumption and CO2 emissions as the evaluation index. To measure the influence of the change of key factors on the development of building energy conservation. The results show that the energy saving scenario in 2020 can save 240 million tons of standard coal and reduce CO _ 2 emission by 19% compared with the standard scenario. It is shown that taking effective measures in view of key factors can effectively reduce building energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and play a positive role in building energy conservation development. Finally, according to the current situation of policies and regulations, market mechanism and energy saving consciousness, the author puts forward some development suggestions from these three aspects to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant energy-saving measures.
