天津濱海新區(qū)地下空間規(guī)劃地質(zhì)環(huán)境影響因素分析和評價方法研究

【摘要】:地下空間作為一種有限不可再生性資源,其合理開發(fā)利用顯得尤為重要。天津濱海新區(qū)依托北京、天津兩大直轄市,擁有最具潛力的消費市場和最完善的城市配套設施,擁有無限的發(fā)展機遇,隨著天津濱海新區(qū)被列入國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,大規(guī)模的開發(fā)建設活動迅速開展起來,使得土地資源的供需矛盾進一步凸顯出來,而如何合理充分的開發(fā)利用地下空間資源,減少或防范因不合理開發(fā)可能引起的工程及環(huán)境地質(zhì)問題成為當前天津濱海新區(qū)開發(fā)建設的一項重要任務。 根據(jù)國內(nèi)外對地下空間開發(fā)利用經(jīng)驗結(jié)合天津濱海新區(qū)的地質(zhì)環(huán)境條件及規(guī)劃建設方向,分析地下空間建設開發(fā)深度主要集中于地表以下30m內(nèi)的淺層和次淺層,分析未來地下空間開發(fā)建設的特點和方向主要包括三個,即地下交通線逐步實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡化;城市地下管網(wǎng)綜合化;地下設施綜合化、互通化。據(jù)此,對地下空間開發(fā)工程根據(jù)按工程特點和深度進行分類,大體可分為明開挖的給排水等地下管網(wǎng)形式的線工程(埋深一般小于5m)、非明開挖及時支護的城市地下交通隧道形式的線工程(埋深一般8-25m)、明開挖基坑形式的點工程(埋深一般30m以淺)三類。 本文分別對上述三類工程按照施工過程中和運行期間可能產(chǎn)生的工程地質(zhì)問題進行了分析,分別確定了可能影響三類不同工程建設和運營期間安全的地質(zhì)環(huán)境因素,在結(jié)合天津濱海新區(qū)地質(zhì)環(huán)境特點的基礎上,進行了地質(zhì)環(huán)境影響評價因素選取,并在評價要素選取的基礎上采用綜合指數(shù)法、層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學法三類常用評價模型進行評價,,最后綜合天津濱海新區(qū)地下空間開發(fā)工程中出現(xiàn)的問題和地段情況對評價成果進行了對比驗證分析,最終確定在天津濱海新區(qū)進行三類不同工程類型規(guī)劃和建設時適宜選取的評價要素和評價模型。
[Abstract]:As a limited non-renewable resource, it is very important to develop and utilize underground space reasonably. Relying on Beijing and the two municipalities directly under the Central Government of Tianjin, Tianjin Binhai New area has the most potential consumer market and the most perfect urban facilities, with unlimited development opportunities. As Tianjin Binhai New area is listed in the national development strategy, Large-scale development and construction activities have been carried out rapidly, which makes the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources more prominent, and how to develop and utilize underground space resources reasonably and fully, It is an important task to reduce or prevent the engineering and environmental geological problems caused by unreasonable development in Tianjin Binhai New area. According to the experience of exploitation and utilization of underground space at home and abroad, combined with the geological environment conditions and planning and construction direction of Tianjin Binhai New area, it is analyzed that the depth of underground space construction and development is mainly concentrated in shallow and sub-shallow layers within 30 meters below the surface of the earth's surface. This paper analyzes the characteristics and direction of the development and construction of underground space in the future, which includes three aspects: the gradual realization of the network of underground traffic lines, the integration of urban underground pipe networks, and the integration and interoperability of underground facilities. Accordingly, the underground space development projects are classified according to the characteristics and depth of the project. It can be divided into underground pipeline works (buried depth is less than 5m), urban underground traffic tunnel type (8-25m) and excavation foundation pit type (buried depth is 8-25m), which can be divided into underground pipeline works (buried depth is usually 8-25m) and underground pipe network (buried depth is usually less than 5m), which is not supported by urban underground traffic tunnel (8-25m). Cheng (the depth of burying is generally 30 m to shallow) three types. In this paper, the engineering geological problems that may arise during the construction and during the operation of the three types of projects are analyzed, and the geological environmental factors which may affect the safety of the construction and operation of the three kinds of different projects are determined. Based on the characteristics of geological environment in Tianjin Binhai New area, the factors of geological environmental impact assessment are selected, and the comprehensive index method is adopted on the basis of the selection of evaluation elements. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics are used to evaluate the evaluation results. Finally, the problems in the underground space development project of Binhai New area in Tianjin and the location situation are compared and verified. Finally, the suitable evaluation elements and evaluation models for the planning and construction of three different types of projects in Tianjin Binhai New area are determined.
