【摘要】：TOD是一種通過對公共交通站點附近的土地高強度綜合開發(fā)利用而實現(xiàn)公共交通為主導(dǎo)的城市發(fā)展的開發(fā)模式,更加注重景觀生態(tài)的TOD發(fā)展模式是一條解決城市發(fā)展過程中存在的交通、經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境等問題的可行之道。本文通過介紹TOD的發(fā)展模式以及在我國所出現(xiàn)的發(fā)展阻力,并且從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個方面介紹了生態(tài)化的景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計在TOD模式中的發(fā)展方向。結(jié)合南京最新的城市規(guī)劃是如何重視景觀生態(tài)這一重要特征,選取了地處南京市江寧經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)的地鐵六號線翠屏山站點,對它的周邊區(qū)域的交通、經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境等方面進行現(xiàn)狀分析,并且對翠屏山站周邊地塊的優(yōu)化設(shè)計提出預(yù)期分析,然后對翠屏山站周邊地塊交通、經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。最后通過對翠屏山站周邊地塊交通、經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境優(yōu)化設(shè)計的結(jié)果加上對常住居民的問卷調(diào)查,得出了更加注重景觀生態(tài)化的TOD發(fā)展模式對改善城市發(fā)展中存在的環(huán)境問題效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Tod is a kind of urban development mode which is dominated by public transportation through the comprehensive development and utilization of high intensity land near public transport stations. The development model of TOD, which pays more attention to landscape ecology, is a feasible way to solve the traffic, economic, social and environmental problems in the process of urban development. This paper introduces the development model of TOD and the development resistance in China, and introduces the development direction of ecological landscape planning and design in TOD mode from three aspects: macroscopic, meso and micro. According to the important characteristics of Nanjing's latest urban planning, how to attach importance to landscape ecology, the Cuiping Mountain Station of Metro Line 6, located in Jiangning Economic Development Zone of Nanjing City, is selected to deal with the traffic and economy of its surrounding areas. This paper analyzes the present situation of the society and the environment, and puts forward the expected analysis on the optimal design of the surrounding plots of Cuiping Mountain Station, and then optimizes the traffic, economic, social and environmental design of the land around Cuiping Mountain Station. Finally, through the results of the traffic, economic, social and environmental optimization design around Cuiping Mountain Station and the questionnaire survey of the resident residents, It is concluded that the development model of TOD, which pays more attention to landscape ecology, has a remarkable effect on improving the environmental problems existing in urban development.
