【摘要】：昆明是我國西南邊陲極賦特色的城市,具有深厚民族文化與城市文化。近20年來,昆明城市步入了一個高速發(fā)展的階段,城市空間發(fā)生了巨大的變化。昆明城市中大量歷史性建筑被拆除,品質(zhì)參差不齊的新建筑被建起,將昆明帶入到文化特色喪失、城市空間混亂的尷尬境地。面對這樣的現(xiàn)實(shí),重拾城市個性,重塑昆明城市形象顯得十分重要與必要。 城市地標(biāo)作為城市名片,是展示城市特色的個性符號。本文以昆明城市地標(biāo)作為研究對象,旨在探討出塑造昆明城市新形象,為提升昆明城市品質(zhì)的一些建議盡到微薄之力。 本文首先介紹了論文的選題緣由和寫作背景,強(qiáng)調(diào)了昆明城市地標(biāo)的可研究性與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),將對地標(biāo)的研究確定到對具體昆明城市地標(biāo)的研究上,使論文的寫作更具實(shí)際意義。然后,從自然環(huán)境、社會歷史、城市文化和城市形態(tài)等四個方面對昆明城市進(jìn)行了概述,分析出昆明的城市慢節(jié)奏,多元與包容的城市個性,為后文探尋城市個性符號——城市地標(biāo)奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。在簡單的介紹了昆明城市后,筆者緊接著對昆明城市地標(biāo)進(jìn)行調(diào)研與定位,通過繪制“認(rèn)知地圖”、深入訪談和問卷調(diào)查等方法,分別從定性與定量的角度確定了昆明公眾心中的城市地標(biāo),并對昆明城市地標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出昆明城市中地標(biāo)分布不合理、使用壽命短、熱衷建高樓的問題。隨后,論文從歷時性的角度總結(jié)出昆明城市地標(biāo)歷經(jīng)古代、近代和現(xiàn)代等三個時期的發(fā)展過程；從共時性的角度將昆明地標(biāo)根據(jù)功能、規(guī)模、時空性的不同進(jìn)行分類,并總結(jié)出昆明城市地標(biāo)文化、形式、時空等三個層面上的特性。最后,根據(jù)本文的研究,就昆明城市的地標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀,提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化建議,希望對昆明城市地標(biāo)的建設(shè)提供一定的建議與幫助。
[Abstract]:Kunming is a city with deep national and urban culture. In the past 20 years, Kunming city has stepped into a high-speed development stage, the urban space has taken place the huge change. A large number of historic buildings in Kunming city have been demolished and new buildings with uneven quality have been built, which brings Kunming into the awkward situation of the loss of cultural characteristics and the chaos of urban space. In the face of such reality, it is very important and necessary to recapture the personality of the city and reshape the city image of Kunming. As a city business card, city landmarks are the personality symbols showing the characteristics of the city. Taking Kunming city landmarks as the research object, this paper aims to explore how to create a new image of Kunming city and give some suggestions on how to improve the quality of Kunming city. This paper first introduces the reason and writing background of the thesis, emphasizes the research and innovation of Kunming city landmarks, determines the study of the landmarks to the study of the specific Kunming city landmarks, and makes the writing of the paper more practical significance. Then, from the four aspects of natural environment, social history, urban culture and urban form, this paper summarizes Kunming city, and analyzes the city's slow rhythm, diversity and inclusive urban personality. It lays a certain foundation for exploring the symbol of urban personality-urban landmarks. After the brief introduction of Kunming city, the author then carries on the investigation and the localization to the Kunming city landmark, through drawing "the cognition map", in-depth interview and the questionnaire survey and so on method, This paper determines the city landmarks in the public heart of Kunming from the qualitative and quantitative angles, and analyzes the present situation of the city landmarks in Kunming, and summarizes the problems of unreasonable distribution of landmarks, short service life and keen to build tall buildings in Kunming city. Then, from the diachronic point of view, the paper summarizes the development process of Kunming city landmarks in ancient, modern and modern periods, classifies Kunming landmarks according to their functions, scale and space-time characteristics from a synchronic point of view. And summed up Kunming city landmarks culture, form, space-time and other three levels of characteristics. Finally, according to the research of this paper, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions on the present situation of Kunming city landmarks, hoping to provide some suggestions and help for the construction of Kunming city landmarks.
